Transition Risk Theory

Contemporary China is in the transition from traditional society to modern society,from planned economy to market economy.Social transformation is the all-round and deep-seated transformation of social structure.It also promotes the progress of society,the risk of transition.Contemporary China’s social transformation of its essence is the process of modernization,is the old and new factors in the process of shifting,must be accompanied by the development of the continuity of the interruption and the risk of the birth of the various risks.Globalization of the historical process,the transition risk also has a global characteristics,China has become a true sense of the global risk society.The continuous advancement of China’s social transformation requires us to correctly understand the challenges and opportunities brought about by the transition risks and find an effective way to avoid and manage the risks.It is a very meaningful subject both in theory and in practice.On the basis of interpreting the concept of social transformation,this paper analyzes the particularity of social transformation in China.That the social transformation is a social change,but it is not a general sense of change.Only the concentrated,large-scale,fundamentally affected people to produce lifestyle changes,that can be called structural flip,it is the whole of society and the overall development process.Social transformation is rooted in human creative practice,the main purpose is the pursuit of human freedom and comprehensive development.Social transformation is the tradition of modern and postmodern,structure and system of "double transformation",is the context of globalization,social transformation.The particularity of contemporary social transformation in China makes the transition risk appear complex,uncertain and global and other characteristics,and manifested as natural risk,institutional risk,structural risk and technical risk and other forms.There are many reasons for the risk of transformation: the risk consciousness is not strong,institutional and structural defects,the development mode is unreasonable,the background of globalization,the impact of various factors and squeeze and so on.Because the subversion of the transition itself is easy to cause the continuity of social development interruption,resulting in great instability,and China’s social transformation of the compression characteristics will exacerbate this instability,coupled with other subjective and objective factors,Making the risk of transformation has greater uncertainty and super-destructive.We can only find out the reasons for the risk of the dialysis,in order to find an effective way to avoid and manage the risk.To this end,we need to cultivate people’s scientific sense of risk,establish a dialectical view of risk,enhance the awareness of risk prevention;establish an effective risk management mechanism,play the role of multi-pole subject in risk management,control risk in the system;To rationally allocate social wealth;to choose a reasonable way of development,adhere to innovation-driven strategy to promote scientific rationality and humanistic rational organic combination;strengthen risk management of international cooperation,in full compliance with the risk And the cultural differences of risk management,based on the establishment of multi-polar co-operation mechanism.For the development of contemporary Chinese society,the transition in the hidden danger,but also indicates the opportunity and hope;because the risk of uncertainty makes people have more freedom of choice only we can make a scientific and reasonable choice,Then we have the confidence of the future of social development with confidence,the arrival of a harmonious world full of hope.
