Research On The Development And Service Of Yunnan Tourism Cultural Information Resources Under The Smart Tourism Ideas

As a big tourist province,Yunnan has attracted lots of tourists.Tourism has become the pillar industry of Yunnan.However,most tourists are not only satisfied with the general sightseeing,but also eager to get more history,culture,customs,art and other tourism cultural information.In Yunnan,the beautiful scenery and many ethnic groups bring wealth of natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources,and the relevant tourism and cultural information resources are numerous and diverse.Therefore,we must pay attention to the development of Yunnan’s tourism culture information resources,to provide high-quality tourism and cultural information resources services for tourists.At the same time,"smart tourism" has become a major strategy for the development of tourism in China.So it is important for Yunnan to use smart tourism ideas in guiding the development and service of Yunnan tourism cultural information resources.Even it has become an objective need.This paper discusses the concept of the smart tourism,tourism cultural information resources and other related concepts,analyzes the requirements of smart tourism on the development and service of tourism culture information resources.Then it summarizes the advantages and content the tourism cultural information resources in Yunnan,and reveals the significance of the development and service of Yunnan tourism cultural information resources.This paper investigates the status the information products and the service organizations of Yunnan tourism cultural information resources.The information resources products are mainly divided into traditional media products and new media products.The service organizations mainly include tourist service centers,libraries,museums and others.And then researches and analyzes of tourist information behavior in the information needs,information consumption behavior and information sharing behavior.Finally,this paper puts forward the development and service measures of Yunnan tourism cultural information resources with the smart tourism ideas.In the aspects of development,this paper investigates the development of the main body and the construction of the thematic database;in the aspects of the service this paper investigates site platform services,APP and WeChat public number services,local services and virtual tourism services.With a view to make a reference to Yunnan’s tourism services.
