nature,especially cherish the rural culture of "remembering homesickness".The distinctive rural culture has gradually become an important tourism resource to attract domestic and foreign tourists in the new era.The rational development and utilization of rural cultural tourism resources can enrich the existing types of tourism products,speed up the construction of tourism in the whole region,which is of great significance to the economic development of rural areas,the increase of farmers’ income and the revitalization of rural areas.Jiyuan is located in the northwest of Henan Province,to the north of the Yellow River,bordering on Shanxi process across Taihang Mountain in the north,Zhongtiao Mountain in the west,Yuncheng in Shanxi,Luoyang in Henan Province in the south,Jiaozuo in the East.It is one of the central members of the "Central Plains city group".Jiyuan has rich mineral resources,and has formed industrial production systems of energy,chemical industry,metallurgy,etc.Combined with Xi Jinping’s "green water and green hills beautiful scenery",Jiyuan began to and was declared one of the first national tourism demonstration zones in 2019,and gradually changed from resource consuming city to eco-friendly city.With rich landscape resources,the region has been nurturing and spreading rich rural culture since ancient times.The development of rural cultural tourism resources is conducive to its cultural the globalin 2014,explore tourismprotection and inheritance,regional economic development,Rural Revitalization and tourism construction in the whole region.The evaluation model of rural cultural tourism resources based on AHP and Delphi includes four criteria levels: resource base,resource element value,resource influence and resource environment,as well as road traffic,infrastructure,market demand,distance from surrounding scenic spots,viewing and recreational use value,historical,cultural,scientific and artistic value,rare and peculiar degree Resource scale and abundance,resource integrity,distribution probability,popularity and influence,suitable travel period,suitable group range,similarities and differences with surrounding scenic spots,natural environment capacity,ecological environment protection,rural social security and residents’ acceptance.Delphi method determines the weight of each evaluation factor to get the resource evaluation model.At the same time,through literature analysis and on-the-spot investigation,the paper collected and sorted out two main categories of rural material cultural tourism resources and rural non-material cultural tourism resources in Jiyuan,including seven sub categories: production,life,rural scenery,historical relics,art,custom and theme,production mode,production tools,food culture,agricultural and sideline products,appliance culture,clothing culture There are altogether 215 representative rural cultural tourism resource monomers in 24 specific classifications such as traditional houses.The expert evaluation and scoring are carried out on 215 rural cultural tourism resource monomers in Jiyuan by using the constructed rural cultural tourism resource evaluation model.The final evaluation results are obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.After the classification and sorting of the evaluation results,the overall rural cultural tourism resources in Jiyuan are obtained The research conclusion is that the level is good,the rural scenery is good,the historical and cultural relics resources are numerous,the Taoism culture is outstanding,the red culture resources are numerous,the art culture is diverse and the diet culture is rich.According to the evaluation results and on-the-spot investigation,the analysis shows that the homogeneity of the natural landscape area in Jiyuan is serious;the resources and environment of relics are poor and the capacity of natural environment is low;the types of religious and cultural tourism products are single and lack of large-scale festivals;the linkage of red culture area is poor and the development is unbalanced;the development mode of craft culture is single and lack of interaction;the catering culture is lack of overall marketing,Low resource influence;shallow level of folklore tourism development,low rate of high-quality products;single development mode of agricultural and sideline products,weak tourism attraction.Finally,based on the relevant theories,the following development paths of rural cultural tourism resources in Jiyuan are put forward:(1)rural scenery development highlights cultural connotation,production resources create rural atmosphere;(2)special tourism in-depth development of historical relics,improve the construction of tourism service facilities;(3)sports health preservation combined with Taoist cultural resources,large-scale festivals increase tourism attraction Strength;(4)the joint development of red cultural resources
