Higher Vocational English Teaching is an important way to cultivate students' learning ability and improve their all-around ability.However,there are many problems existing in current vocational English teaching,such as too simple teaching methods,negative student's learning interest and etc.Especially the Cooperative Learning always be perfunctorily carried out during teaching,due to some reasons like the variety of students' level.This paper focuses on cooperative learning that based on the actual level of English language learning and current theories.And studies the learning strategy in many ways so as to solve the mentioned problems in vocational English teaching,including creating an cooperative atmosphere and well defined goals,carrying out the theme activity in and out of class and making diversified evaluation.This Cooperative Learning can not only improve students' learning level and English skills,but also motivate their initiative and activity.This paper discusses feasibility of the designing cooperative learning strategy by certain cases and summarize a few problems,finally offering relevant solutions to enhance the effectiveness of learning.
