Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation(PR)exercise compliance of(CSCI)patients with cervical spinal cord injury, and to analyze the influencing factors of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise compliance of CSCI patients from the aspects of social demographic characteristics,disease-related information, health beliefs, social support and so on,in order to provide theoretical basis for discharge guidance and out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation plan for CSCI patients in clinical practice in the future. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was used to select CSCI patients who were treated and discharged from the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and the second affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2016 to December 2017.telephone follow-up and questionnaire survey were conducted. The general data questionnaire designed by the researchers was used to investigate the general demographic characteristics and disease-related information of out-of-hospital CSCI patients. On the basis of consulting the literature and experts, the out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation compliance questionnaire of CSCI patients was used to investigate the current situation of patients' out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation compliance.Champion Health belief scale was used to evaluate the patients' health belief level.Social support rating scale(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SSRS)was used to evaluate the level of social support.Epi Data3.1 was used to input data into,IBM SPSS 23.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to explore the influence of social demographic data anddisease-related data on out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise compliance of CSCI patients.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between health belief,self-efficacy and lung rehabilitation exercise compliance of CSCI patients.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to further clarify the independent influencing factors of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise compliance of CSCI patients. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Results: the total score of out-of-hospital pulmonary rehabilitation exercise compliance questionnaire of1.CSCI patients was 32.83 ±8.29,18.54 ±4.72,6.49 ±2.34,7.80 ±2.19,45.9%,38.6% and 15.5% respectively.2.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the scores of compliance of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise in patients with CSCI in terms of age, marital status, caregivers, education level, economic level and discharge time(P<0.01?P<0.05?P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.05?P<0.01).3.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of compliance of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise in CSCI patients was positively correlated with the total score of health belief, perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefit, health motivation and self-efficacy(P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.05?P<0.01).The total score of compliance of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise in CSCI patients was positively correlated with the total score of social support, objective support, subjective support and utilization of social support(P<0.01?P<0.05?P<0.01?P<0.05).4.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that.Perceived severity, subjective support,self-efficacy,perceived susceptibility, perceived benefit, caregiver, age, time after discharge and education level were important factors affecting out-of-hospital pulmonary rehabilitation compliance of CSCI patients(P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.05?P<0.05?P<0.05?P<0.05).Conclusion: The compliance of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise in patients with CSCI is in the middle and low level. The main factors affecting the compliance of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise in CSCI patients include: patient age, education level, caregivers, discharge time, perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits,self-efficacy,and the level of social subjective support. When the patients with CSCI are older and more educated, they have caregivers, shorter discharge time, stronger susceptibility, greater severity, greater perceived benefits, higher self-efficacy and higher level of social subjective support, and the higher the compliance of out-of-hospital lung rehabilitation exercise, the more they have caregivers, shorter discharge time, stronger susceptibility, greater severity, greater perceived benefits, higher self-efficacy and higher level of social subjective support.
