| Objective: To improve endometrium receptivity is the key to improve the pregnancy success rate of IVF-ET technology.There are many ways to improve endometrium receptivity.According to different situations,there are advantages and disadvantages.Acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine has its own advantages in improving endometrium receptivity.In recent years,more and more studies have been carried out,but there are different reports.On the other hand,there are few practical and operational methods to detect endometrium receptivity,mainly using ultrasound to detect endometrium thickness and type,uterine blood flow(including uterine artery pulsation index,uterine artery blood flow resistance index,etc.).It can also indirectly reflect the improvement of endometrium receptivity from the clinical pregnancy rate.In this study,we summarize the published articles and make a meta-analysis of the relevant data to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture in improving endometrium receptivity and provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical practice.Methods: the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed and so on,were searched to master the relevant research of acupuncture in improving endometrium receptivity in recent years,and then the relevant literature materials were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The data in the literature were extracted and integrated,and then the Revman 5.3 was used for meta analysis.Results:15 of literatures with relevant evaluation indexes were included.Through the analysis of uterine artery pulsation index,uterine artery blood flow resistance index,endometrium thickness,type a endometrium,clinical pregnancy rate and other data,it is suggested that acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other treatment methods can effectively improve endometrium receptivity.Conclusion: acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other treatment methods can improve endometrium receptivity better than those without acupuncture. |
