Objective To investigate the differences in serum level of b FGF and TK1 and the positive rate of CTCs in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and healthy people.The diagnostic efficacy and correlation of individual and combined detection of various tumor markers were analyzed.Methods Blood samples of 60 patients with lung adenocarcinoma from January 1,2019 to October 31,2019 were collected from Jinan University Fuda Cancer Hospital.At the same time,blood samples of 60 healthy volunteers were selected,and these patients were divided into observation group and healthy group.The serum level of b FGF and TK1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the positive rate of CTCS was detected by immunomagnetic bead assay.SPSS 22.0software package was used for statistical analysis.Mean(x)was used for measurement data,rate(%)was used for qualitative data,chi square test was used for comparison between the two groups;ROC curve was drawn,AUC under the curve was calculated,truncation value was determined and sensitivity and specificity were calculated.p< 0.05 was statistically significant.The correlation among b FGF,TK1 and CTCs in serum of patients with lung adenocarcinoma was detected by Pearson correlation test.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Results 1.t test(measurement data)was used for age comparison between the two groups;The chi-square test was used to compare gender and smoking.There was no significant difference in gender,smoking status or age between the two groups(p >0.05),showing no statistical significance.2.The serum level of b FGF,TK1 and the positive rate of CTCs in the lung adenocarcinoma group were higher than those in the healthy control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).It is suggested that the clinical detection serum level of b FGF,TK1 concentration and CTCs positive rate in patients' blood samples is of certain value in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.3.The serum level of b FGF and TK1 and the positive rate of CTCs in the lung adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(p<0.01).The serum level of b FGF and TK1 and the positive rate of CTCs in the lung adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(p<0.01).The serum level of b FGF and TK1 and the positive rate of CTCs in the lung adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(p<0.01).4.The differences in serum b FGF level in TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant(p<0.05),while the differences in serum b FGF level in gender,age and degree of tumor differentiation were not statistically significant(p >0.05).The difference of serum TK1 level in tumor TNM stage was statistically significant(p<0.05),while the difference of serum TK1 level in gender,age,tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The difference of serum CTCs positive rate in tumor TNM stage was statistically significant(p<0.05),while the difference of serum CTCs positive rate in gender,age,tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).5.According to the results of clinical measurement data,SPSS software was used to make ROC curve,and the concentration of b FGF and TK1,positive rate of CTCs and other single detection were analyzed.P pairs combined detection and three combined detection of lung adenocarcinoma all had diagnostic value(p<0.05),and the sensitivity and specificity of single detection of b FGF were the highest.The sensitivity and specificity of bfgf-ctcs were the highest.6.The serum level of BFGF and TK1 and the positive rate of CTCs in patients with lung adenocarcinoma were found to be significantly correlated with the serum thymidine kinase 1(TK1)by Pearson correlation test(r=0.376,p<0.01).There was a significant correlation between basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF)and the positive rate of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)(r=0.186,p<0.05).Serum thymidine kinase1(TK1)was significantly correlated with circulating tumor cell positive rate(CTCs)(r=0.247,p<0.01).Conclusion1.The serum level of b FGF,TK1 and the positive rate of CTCs in lung adenocarcinoma patients were significantly higher than those in healthy control group,suggesting that it could be used as one of the tumor markers of lung adenocarcinoma.2.Serum level of b FGF,TK1 and CTCs in patients with lung adenocarcinoma were significantly correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis.3.The value of serum b FGF level in the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma was the highest in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,followed by CTCs,and then TK1.4.Pearson correlation test found that there were significant correlations between b FGF,TK1 and CTCs.
