| In the study we evaluated the expression and the concentrations of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the serum and urine. ELISA was used to detect the concentration of bFGF in the serum and urine of 30 lung cancer patients and the relationship between them ,then explore their relationship with the degree of tumor differentiation, clinical stage of lung cancer. The results demonstrated as below: 1,The concentrations of bFGF in the sera were higher in patients with lung cancer then those in the controls(p<0.05) ,and correlated with the clinical stages. 2,The concentrations of bFGF in the urine were also higher in patients with lung cancer then those in the controls (p<0.05),and correlated with the clinical stages. 3,The concentrations of bFGF in the urine and them in the sera were positive correlation. The following conclusions were drawd: 1,The concentrations of both serum and urinary bFGF are markedly high.2,Both serum and urinary bFGF are clinical relevant with lung cancer, they are correlated to the aggression and development of the lung cancer, the assay of serum and urinry bFGF is helpful in predicting the risk for metastasis and prognosis in lung cancer.3.,The serum and urinary bFGF were positive correlation.,urinary bFGF can reflex the concentrations of bFGF in the serum, and will be an atraumatic detection index for the elder lung cancer patients. |
