Background:Innate immunity plays an increasingly important role in respiraty diseases.Type ? innate lymphoid cell is associated with T2 inflammatory diseases such as chronic rhinosinusitis.Chronic rhinosinusitis with allergic rhinitis(CRSwAR)patients always have a poor prognosis and are easy relapse.In addition,a part of chronic rhinosinusitis patients with traditional allergic rhinitis symptoms have negative serum specific IgE and low total IgE levels.They also have poor prognosis and are easy relapse.We call it chronic rhinosinusitis with non-allergic rhinitis(CRSwNAR).At present,there are few studies on the relationship between ILC2 and CRSwNAR,and the relationship between ILC2 and the severity of CRS.Aim:To explore the expression of ILC2 from peripheral blood in CRSwAR?CRSwNAR?CRS and healthy controls,and ILC2 from nasal tissues of CRS patients.To statistical analysis of the severity of the disease by VAS score,Lund-Macky CT score and CT scan results,in order to find out the expression of ILC2 in CRSwNAR and the relationship between ILC2 and the severity of CRS.Methods:A total of 42 clinical subjects were collected and divided into two groups according to CRSwAR/CRSwNAR/CRS/HC?CRS/HC groups respectively.Recorded the patient's symptoms,CT scan results,lung function test results,VAS score,Lund-Macky CT score,blood routine test,inhaled allergen test results.Nasal mucosa/nasal polyps+peripheral blood was collected from surgical patients and peripheral blood was collected from non-surgical patients.To detect the level of ILC2 in peripheral blood and local tissues by flow cytometry.Results:There is a high expression of ILC2 in peripheral blood of CRSwNAR patients.The Lund-Macky CT score and VAS score of all subjects were positively correlated with the level of ILC2 in peripheral blood.The level of ILC2 in peripheral blood of patients with complete sinusitis was higher than that of patients with incomplete sinusits.Compared with healthy controls,ILC2 was highly expressed in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,and ILC2 was highly expressed in local nasal tissues compared with peripheral blood.Conlusion: ILC2 is associated with the pathogenesis of CRSwNAR patients,The symptoms of CRS patients and the severity of chronic rhinosinusitis can be judged by the level of ILC2 in peripheral blood.Compared with peripheral blood,the level of ILC2 in local tissue of nasal cabvity can more directly judge the severity of CRS.
