Study On Status Identification And Related Factors Of Ischemic Stroke Based On Literature Analysis

Objective:Using the theory of state identification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),through computer retrieval literature,statistics,analysis of ischemic stroke state information characteristics and related influencing factors,in order to accurately,comprehensively and dynamically grasp the nature of ischemic stroke disease,and provide a basis for the subsequent development of Chinese medicine treatment program.Method:Using CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other databases as data sources,we searched the literatures from January 2009 to December 2018,and the retrieval expressions were as follows:(ischemic stroke OR cerebral infarction OR cerebral infarction OR ischemic stroke)and(traditional Chinese medicine OR traditional Chinese and Western Medicine)AND clinical.We extracted and standardized the relevant state representation information,compiled the database,statistically analyzed the data,and discussed the contrary research results State characteristics and related influencing factors of Yingde ischemic stroke.Results:1.According to the frequency of ischemic stroke symptoms,signs,a common symptom of acute stage with hemiplegia,dizziness,bad language,vertigo,limb numbness,skew,etc;the tongue body skin is as common tongue greasy tongue coating,pale tongue,white coating on the tongue,red tongue,tongue coating thin white,dark red tongue,pulse condition of common string of arteries and veins,arteries and veins and arteries and veins thin,pulse,etc.During the recovery period,common symptoms include hemiplegia,language impairment,numbness of body skin,tongue body aslant,shortness of breath,tiredness,etc;common tongue like greasy tongue,white tongue coating,dark tongue,tongue side tooth mark,common pulse like pulse sinking,pulse fine,pulse string,pulse smooth,pulse number,etc.The common symptoms in sequelae stage are hemiplegia,bad language,numbness of body skin,dizziness,tiredness and fatigue,mouth and eye aslant,etc;common tongue like tongue is dark,white tongue coating,red tongue,greasy tongue coating,thin white tongue coating,etc;common pulse has pulse fine,pulse string,pulse sinking,pulse astringent,pulse number,etc.2.According to the frequency of the occurrence of ischemic stroke syndromes,the common disease location syndromes in the acute phase are known as channels and collaterals,liver,mind [brain],kidney,etc;and the common disease syndromes are known as blood stasis,phlegm,wind,heat,qi deficiency,etc.Common disease position syndromes in recovery period are known as channels and collaterals,kidney,liver,mind [brain],etc.Common disease syndromes are known as blood stasis,deficiency of qi,phlegm,dynamic wind,deficiency of Yin,etc.Common syndromes of ischemic stroke in sequelae stage are known as kidney,liver,channels and collaterals,and mind [brain],while common syndromes are known as blood stasis,deficiency of qi,deficiency of Yin,dynamic wind,phlegm,etc.3.There are 13 macro factors related to the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.4.Patients with ischemic stroke are prone to be complicated with negative emotions,mainly manifested as depression and anxiety.5.Adverse social factors can lead to increased incidence of ischemic stroke,including 10 social factors.6.Microparameters of ischemic stroke are correlated with TCM syndromes,mainly including infarct site,infarct area,infarct number,vascular damage,cerebral blood flow,and some chemical examination indexes.Conclusions:1.Ischemic stroke is characterized by high disability rate,hemiplegia,language impairment,numbness of body skin,tongue and body slant and other body and language disorders are common in the acute phase,recovery phase and sequelae phase,and deficiency symptoms such as shortness of breath,tiredness and fatigue gradually become prominent after entering the recovery phase.2.The acute phase syndrome manifestations of ischemic stroke patients were empirically prominent and combined with deficiency;In the convalescent and sequelae stages,the syndrome of disease gradually decreased and the syndrome of deficiency became more and more obvious.The results suggest that the treatment should be adjusted with the changes of disease syndromes,from emphasizing both specimen and deficiency and eliminating excess to reinforcing deficiency and removing pathogenic factors.3.The main syndromes of ischemic stroke are the meridians,liver,kidney and mind[brain],and the lesion is mainly located in the meridians and mind [brain],which is closely related to the liver and renal function.
