Purpose: Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is the first cause of human death, which is the first cause of the current disability in our country.More than 2/3 of the world's deaths from stroke occur in underdeveloped countries. As an underdeveloped country, china is aging society, cerebrovascular disease,as a common clinical diseases, has seriously affected on the life safety and quality of the patients, especially the middle-aged and elderly patients. In addition,in recent years, the incidence and death rate of cerebrovascular disease in China is going up year and year. Moreover, the annual cost of the used in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease is close to 20 billion yuan, not only to bring great economic burden to our country, but also bring great physical and mental burden to many patients 'families.Treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, including risk factors that can be interfered with and not interfered with.Among them, the risk factors can be interfered with behavioral risk factors, including obesity, smoking, depression, alcohol abuse,as well as physiological risk factors, including heart disease, diabetes, high cysteine lipids, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Therefore,it is very important to do well is secondary prevention for cerebrovascular disease. There are three key cornerstones of the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases: antihypertensive drugs, antiplatelet drugs, statins. This article mainly discusses the application status and influence factors of stating in ischemic stroke patients.Abnormal lipid metabolism is the main influencing factor of cerebrovascular disease. At present,large-sample randomized controlled clinical study showed that the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases by statins has the effect that sigmiti ant reduce the blood lipidespecially for obrious effect on low density lipoprotein cholesterol lipid lowering therapy, which can effectively reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in high-risk patients and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients. Therefore,it can be used as an important method to prevent cerebrovascular disease. This article retrospectively analyzed the use of statins in 750 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Xuangang Hospital of Zhangjiakou from 2010 to 2016 in order to investigate the related factors of affecting statin treatment and its lipid-lowering therapeutic the effectives. Methods: The data of 750 patients with ischemic stroke admitted from 2010 to 2016 in Zhangjiakou City,Zhangjiakou City were analyzed. All patients were followed up,and the status of statin use was statistically analyzed. At the same time, relevant data was processed through SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Result:1.A total of 750 inpatients were included in this study and were followed up by telephone or face to face at 3 months,6 months, and 12 months after discharge.80 patients did not take statins,15 patients died, and 5 patients were lost contact.650 patients who survived and obtained complete data were treated with statins(atorvastatin calcium tablets, rosuvastatin calcium tablets, and simvastatin tablets),rate of taking station,274 patients(42.15%)took rosuvastatin,294 patients(45.2%)took atorvastatin, and 82 patients(12.6%)took simvastatin.2.In this study,650 patients were followed up for one year, the rate of taking statins in patients with intracranial and extravascular stents was 100%.The rate of taking the drug was significantly higher than that of non-interventional patients,(73.5%)(P<0.05);The rate of taking statins with disabilities after cerebral infarction(84.6%),and significantly higher than that of the non-disabled patients after cerebral infarction,(46.3%)(P<0.05);The rate of taking statins in patients with coronary heart disease(76.1%)is higher than the rate of taking statins in patients with non-associated coronary heart disease(68.2%,)(P<0.05).3.About plasma lipid levels and taking stations rate at the time of discharge at 3 months, among 650 patients, patients with LDL-C below 2.59 mmol/L are 85 cases,of whom 54 cases continued taking statin, taking rate is 8.3%;patients with LDL-C(2.59-3.39 mmol/L)are 178 cases,of whom 117 cases continued taking statin, taking rate is 18%;patients with LDL-C(3.4-4.09)mmol/L are 345 cases,of whom 273 cases continued taking statin, taking rate is 42%;patients with LDL-C above 4.1 mmol/L are 42 cases,of whom 34 cases continued to take statin, taking rate is 5.1%.4.The 650 patients who were enrolled in the study for taking statin, were followed up by telephone or face to face at 3 months,6 months, and 12 months of discharge.During the follow-up period of 3 months after discharge, there were 478 patients taking statins, and 73.5% of them had good compliance;during the follow-up period of 6 months after discharge, there were 404 patients taking statins, and 62.2% of them had good compliance;during the follow-up period of 1 year after discharge, there were 356 patients taking statins, and 54.8%of them had good compliance.5.The main reasons for discontinuing statin in patients with ischemic stroke including:do not understand the status of drugs in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, education level, economic conditions, adverse reactions drugs, worried about the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, forgetting the duration of taking drugs, poor drug treatment,self-stopped the drug after the symptoms are significantly improved, replaced with other drugs or infusion to prevent.Conclusion:1.There are still deficiencies in the use of statins in patients at Xuangang Hospital in Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province, indicating that the importance of statins in cerebrovascular disease is not universal among patients in this region.2.Taking statins is related to multiple factors, closely related to patient education level, socioeconomic status, doctors and patients' awareness of the disease,NIHSS level, medication compliance, initial blood lipid levels, drug efficacy evaluation and drug side effects,etc.3.The blood lipids of patients level decreased significantly after taking statins, but it is still not down to the standard,it is necessary to further strengthen blood lipid monitoring and improve the rate of reaching the standard.4.The efficacy of statins for cerebrovascular disease patients is positive, doctors should further strengthen the education to patients and improve the effectiveness of secondary prevention for cerebrovascular disease.
