On Retrospective Clinical Study About Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu Recipe Combined With Chemothherapy On Advanced Ovarian Cancer(Appendix Typical Cases)

Objective:According to a retrospective analysis of clinical advanced ovarian cancer patients who have been treated by Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy,general charater the curative effect,the quality of life,side effects and economic indicators on patients will be further studied from Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy,as well as three cases on typical patients.So as to ensure the effects of Chinese traditional medicine(TCM)on advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:By collecting those patients' electronic medical records who have been treated in our department from January 2008 to April 2018,all cases including advanced ovrain cancer will be explained from clinical features and then those patients who have been treated for over 2 cycles by Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy will be studied retrospectively as well as three typical cases.Results:1.General character: The average age of patients is 56 plus 9.433 or minus 9.433 years old.About 83.33% patients have never used TCM.Because of palindromia,42.86%patients with abdominal pain,fatigue weakness and digestive function are hospitalized in our department.2.Efficiency: Among the 42 patients ' treatment of our department after 2 cycles treatment,the total effective rate runs up to 26.2% and the total benefitical rate is 78.6%.There are 15 cases of TCM syndrome,18 cases are effective and 9 cases are infeeective.And the total effective tate amouts to 78.57%,including abdominal pain and digestive function amelioration3.Life quality: After 2 cycles of treatment,the improvement rate of KPS is 16.7%,the rate of stability was 47.6%.The total effective rate of the 2 cycle was 64.3%.4.Side effects: After 2 cycles of Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with intravenous chemotherapy treatment,the myelosuppression rate is31.0% and gastrointestinal reaction rate is 52.4%.42 patients are treated smoothly;the rate of adverse reaction is low;no death related to chemotherapy.5.Economics:About 42 patients in the research,it takes everyone 16131.68 RMB averagely.And the cost of TCM is about 381.91 RMB.The total effective rate is 26.2%.In the end,the ratio of effective expense is 617.71 and the ratio of Chinese medicine expense is 14.58.6.Typical cases study: TCM,being a main therapetic method,combined with intravenous can reduce focus effectively and lessen side effects so as to make more chance for operation.Conclusion:1.Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy can improve patients' life quality in a short-term,decrease side effects,ameliotate TCM symptoms especially for abdominal pain and enhance therapeutic effect.While the long-term effect will to be further observed.2.The cost of treatment by Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy on advanced ovrain cancer has not increased.On the contrary,the rate of total effective expense is even lower and more economical.All in all,there is still increasing capacity about expense per person.
