| Objective: To study the mechanism and clinical effect of Fuzheng Huatan Jiedu Recipe on immune escape of malignant lymphoma.Methods: 123 cases of malignant lymphoma with cold phlegm coagulation syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group(Fuzheng Huatan Jiedu Decoction + Chemotherapy)62 cases and control group(Chemotherapy)61 cases.The experimental group was given Fuzheng Huatan Jiedu Decoction combined with R-CHOP or CHOP 4 course of treatment,while the control group was given R-CHOP or CHOP 4 course of treatment,21-28 days as a cycle.The immune escape index,tumor load index,TCM symptom score,mid-term curative effect and safety index were observed before and after four courses of treatment.Result: After treatment,there were significant differences in the three indexes of peripheral blood between the two study groups,P = 0.001,P < 0.05 before and after CD3 treatment,P = 0.031,P < 0.05 before and after CD4 treatment,P = 0.047,P < 0.05 before and after NK treatment.CD4/CD8,CD8,VEGF,TGF-beta 1 and IL-10 had no significant difference before and after treatment.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the level of peripheral blood lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)was P = 0.030,P < 0.05;the fluctuation level of ferritin(SF)was also different before and after treatment,P = 0.001,P < 0.05;and the level of serum beta-2 microglobulin was P = 0.040,P < 0.05 before and after treatment.To evaluate the mid-term efficacy,there was no significant difference in the mid-term efficacy between the two groups(P=0.523,P >0.05),but the total effective rate of the experimental group was 79.60% and that of the control group was 71.70%.This indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was similar after treatment,but the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The TCM symptoms were compared by integral treatment(P = 0.037,P < 0.05).It was concluded that there was significant difference in TCM symptoms after integral treatment.The fluctuation level of blood routine before and after treatment was P=0.019,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.There were no significant differences in liver and kidney function,cardiotoxicity,blood sugar and urine and feces routine levels.Conclusion: Fuzheng Huatan Jiedu Recipe has a significant effect on the chemotherapy of malignant lymphoma.By regulating immunity,it can enhance the effect of chemotherapy,reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy,improve the immune function and prognosis of patients during chemotherapy,reduce the burden of the disease and chemotherapy,alleviate the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,and improve the psychological acceptance and clinical symptoms of patients.Therefore,incorporating traditional Chinese medicine into the comprehensive treatment of malignant lymphoma is a safe and effective treatment method,which can achieve better clinical efficacy. |
