Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of High-risk HPV Infection

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of HPV infection and provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: 60 cases of high-risk HPV infection of cervix from July 2016 to July 2017 in gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were studied.The cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction and Bao Fukang suppository.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel and Bao Fukang suppository.The clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection was evaluated by observing the changes of HPV clearance rate,improvement of symptoms and scale scores before and after treatment.Result: There was no significant difference in age,TCM syndrome score and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),which indicated that the two groups were comparable.After three consecutive courses of treatment,the two groups had outstanding therapeutic effects in clinical efficacy(HPV negative conversion rate),TCM syndrome score and improvement of individual symptoms.The improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the advantages of the experimental group in single symptoms such as mental fatigue and thin stool were particularly prominent(P< 0.01).In the control group,recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel interferon was used.The results showed that interferon could inhibit the replication of viral RNA,regulate the immune function of reproductive tract,improve the ability of tissue regeneration and the disease resistance of the body.It has been widely used in the treatment of cervical HPV infection and cervical CIN treatment.In the experimental group,Professor Wang Yonghong,the tutor,made his own experience prescription according to clinical experience,and applied it flexibly in the actual clinical practice,in order to achieve the function of tonifying qi,strengthening spleen,clearing heat,detoxifying and removing dampness.The 60 subjects selected in this clinical observation were all high-risk HPV infection patients.After three consecutive courses of treatment,the negative conversion rate of HPV and single symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).It showed that the use of interferon and Chinese herbal decoction could improve the patients' autoimmunity,and the effect of the experimental group and the control group was similar in improving the burning of vulva,smelling under the vagina and yellowing color.Conclusion: The application of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection patients shows that the experimental group is superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy,and has the value of popularization and application.
