| PurposeObserve the clinical effect of Fuzhengjiedu Decoction in the treatment of children with immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Conceive of Thrombelastography as the breakthrough point,from the perspective of blood coagulation mechanism,explore the effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction on platelet function in children with ITP.MethodA total of 30 patients with persistent and chronic ITP in the outpatient department of Pediatrics of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,15 cases were treated with Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with low dose prednisone acetate,and the control group(n = 15)was treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and low-dose prednisone acetate.The course of treatment lasted for 3 months.Comparing of two groups of PLT changes to evaluate clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of childhood ITP in 1,2 and 3 months.Comparing of two groups of TCM syndrome score,ITP bleeding grading scale to evaluate the improvement of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction on ITP in children with TCM syndrome,bleeding.The changes of R,K,Angle,MA,LY30and CI values of the two groups before and after treatment were compared for the purpose of exploring the effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction on platelet function in children.ResultsThe treatment group and the control group all dropped 1 cases,and a total of 28 cases were completed,each group of 14 cases.1.Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction for immune thrombocytopenia with children have satisfactory clinical curative effect,treatment of 1,2 and 3 months,the total efficiency of the treatment group were 35.7%,42.9%,64.3%,the total efficiency of the control group 14.3%,14.3%,28.6%.The 3 months treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 64.3%,including complete response rate of 42.9%,efficiency of 21.4%,higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01);some patients completed follow-up,the treatment group total effectiveness 75%,control group 50%.2.The study found that the vast majority of children with ITP have low platelet function(MA value below normal),after 3 months of treatment,two groups of numerical comparison of Thrombelastography in R,K,Angle,MA,LY30,and CI have no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Focusing on the comparison of MA value in treatment group and the control group before and after,there were no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction to improve the clinical symptoms of children with ITP.TCM syndrome score of the total effective rate of 78.6%,higher than the control group of 35.7%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment of integral change of the two groups of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms after 3 months,children with purpura bleeding,lassitude,shortness of breath,dry mouth,loose stools,sweating symptom scores were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the ITP in children with mucocutaneous bleeding,after treatment of ITP bleeding grading to varying degrees of improvement.5.The clinical application of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction was highly safety.The safety index of ITP children before and after treatment was not obvious,and no adverse reaction occurred.ConclusionThrough the study,we certificated the curative effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of Qi failing to control blood of persistent and chronic ITP patients,through steadily increasing platelet count,improving clinical symptoms and risk of bleeding,but no significant improvement in platelet function.During the treatment,there was no obvious abnormality of safety index,no adverse events occurred. |
