| Object: Using the advanced infrared radiation spectrum detection system,the infrared radiation spectrum characteristics of different parameters of moxa stick combustion under natural conditions are studied,which provides a scientific basis for the selection of parameters in the production,storage and clinical application of moxa stick.Methods: Different densities(four different quality moxa sticks),different storage years(one year old,two years old,three years old,five years old,seven years old),different cashmere ratio(5:1,10:1,15:1,30:1),different thicknesses(6mm,16 mm,18mm,20mm),different origins(Nanyang,Qichun,Tangyin)and different moxibustion materials(traditional moxibustion materials)were tested under strict and uniform conditions.The infrared spectra of moxa sticks of moxibustion sticks and herbal medicine moxibustion sticks were tested six times with a highly sensitive infrared spectrometer.Finally,the experimental data were compared and analyzed.Results:1.The infrared spectrum peaks of the six kinds of moxa sticks are mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 3.75 micron.2.At the characteristic wavelength of 3.75 um,there were significant differences in infrared spectra between three-year Chen Ai,five-year Chen Ai and one-year Chen Ai and seven-year Chen Ai(all P < 0.05),while there were no significant differences between five-year Chen Ai and three-year Chen Ai,one-year Chen Ai and seven-year Chen Ai(all P > 0.05).3.At 3.75 um,there was no significant difference in infrared spectra of 5:1,10:1,15:1 and 30:1(P > 0.05).4.Here was no significant difference in infrared radiation spectral intensity between moxa sticks of different densities(P > 0.05).5.There was significant difference in infrared radiation spectral intensity between 6 mm diameter and 16 mm,18 mm and 20 mm diameter moxa sticks(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in infrared radiation spectral intensity between 16 mm diameter,18 mm diameter and 20 mm diameter moxa sticks(P > 0.05).6.There was no significant difference in the intensity of infrared radiation spectrum between moxa sticks from different areas(P > 0.05).7.At the characteristic wavelength of 3.75 micron,there was no significant difference in infrared spectrum intensity between different moxibustion materials(P > 0.05).Conclusions: The infrared radiation spectrum of moxa stick is closely related to storage time,but not to the ratio of leaf to velvet,origin and density;the storage time of moxa stick is better in 3-5 years;there is no need to pursue high ratio of leaf to velvet in moxibustion treatment. |
