ObjectiveTo analyze Prof.MAO Jing-yuan's basis of differentiation and treatment and characteristics of chinese medicine in treating patients with premature systole.MethodsCollecting premature systole patient medical records of conform to the nay-row standard during clinic,extracting his medical experience,standardize the data;set the database and frequency statistics,mining regularity of differentiation and treatment and characteristics of chinese medicine compatibility.Results1.A total of 108 patients with Premature systole were included in this study,include 49 patients with PAC,41 patients with PVC and 18 patients with PAC and PVC.Among them,include 43 males and 65 females,which the middle-aged and elderly women were many,and comorbidity is dominated by high blood pressure.2.The symptoms of premature systole patients are more complex.Syndrome are mainly palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,weakness,thirsty want to drink,insomnia,purple dark tongue,thin moss,white moss,yellow moss,wiry pulse,thready pulse,irregular pulse symptoms.Among them,palpitation and chest tightness,palpitation and insomnia and purple dark tongue,thready pulse and white moss are often accompanied.After symptome differentiation treatment those patients can significantly reduce their symptoms like palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,purple dark tongue,yellow moss.3.The syndrome types of premature systole patients were mainly phlegm heat mix with blood stasis?yin deficiency mix with blood stasis?phlegm and blood stasis?kidney deficiency mix with blood stasis?kidney deficiency and phlegm mix with blood stasis syndromes?Qi and yin deficiency mix with blood stasis syndromes;PAC patients put up blood stasis and yin deficiency,PVC patients put up blood stasis and phlegm,PAC and PVC patients put up blood stasis;excessiveness put up blood stasis and phlegm in males patients,female patients put up blood stasis,phlegm and yin deficiency in insomnia,thin red tongue,less jin moss;with blood stasis syndromes contains purple dark lip,purple dark tongue,thready pulse;with kidney deficiency syndromes contains weakness,enlarged tongue,dim tongue,irregular pulse;with qi and yin deficiency syndromes contains weakness,thirsty want to drink,insomnia,light red tongue,thready pulse symptoms.(3)Premature systole has different syndromes corresponding to different treatment,different treat phlegm turbidity often use the Wendan Tang as the main prescription,on the basis of the treatment of heat,coptis,golden cypress were added,with yin
