With the continuous improvement of the socio-economic and technology,the people's demand for personal health and medical convenience is continues increasing.From March 17,2009,China's new medical reform has been carried out for 11 years.There has been great progress in the level of domestic medical services and informatization,and new types of medical services such as Internet hospitals,online diagnosis and treatment,and remote consultations are emerging in endlessly.The number of daily outpatient clinics and the number of beds in medical institutions at all levels has increased to a great extent,alleviating the situation of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" to a certain extent.However,due to the large population base in China and the imbalance in the construction of the medical system,the resources of the people in registration,hospitalization,and surgery are still not ideal.The problems of difficult registration and hospitalization still exist.The main research works are as follows:(1)Analyzed the problems and related reasons for the slow promotion of domestic graded diagnosis and treatment.Analyzed the status of the information island which caused by the centralized mode of information construction of the current medical system.Analyzed the synchronization problem between medical institutions.Discussed the problem of the graded diagnosis and current medical system.(2)Analyzed the decentralized structure of blockchain.Analyzed data traceability and data protection.And compared with the advantages of traditional centralized data structure.Listed the current commercial successful cases of blockchain.Discussed the application and value of blockchain.Analyzed the differences between public blockchain and consortium blockchain.Discussed the business scenarios between two blockchain models.(3)Implemented a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system which based on blockchain.Discussed the corresponding data interconnection,intercommunication,mutual recognition,data authorization and data ownership protection.The innovations of this article are as follows:(1)Proposed a medical data sharing and authorization architecture based on consortium blockchainThe consortium blockchain technology solves the interconnection,intercommunication,data authorization and data ownership protection of medical data in traditional medical information platforms.The real-name authorization of data is realized through the alliance blockchain and smart contract technology.(2)Optimized and improved the current graded diagnosis by blockchain.Combined consortium blockchain and traditional medical information system,and realized the application of blockchain in tiered diagnosis and treatment,and used this to distribute medical resources,two-way referral of patients,and safe sharing of patient medical data.Provide new ideas for patient privacy protection.
