With the advent of the era of big data,the traditional medical field has ushered in a revolution,promoting the digitization and wisdom sharing of medical data,and also bringing about the security of medical data.Medical data has universal authenticity,high value and high privacy.Once leaked,it will have a great negative impact on patients' lives and doctors' work.In view of the above problems,this paper focuses on the research of access control and data security authorization of medical data in the process of sharing across organizations.Traditional medical data systems usually use a centralized authorization model to achieve data sharing.This method is difficult to meet the diversified needs of current medical data sharing,and there is a risk that the central node will be attacked.This paper uses the characteristics of the decoupling,non-tampering and traceability of blockchain technology,combined with the cryptographic protocol,designed a data authorization scheme for medical data,and transferred the control of data from the medical institution to the patient to realize data application and authorization.The process is open,transparent and traceable to achieve common oversight of the data sharing process.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,a data authorization model based on attribute encryption is presented.The distributed network architecture is adopted.This model solves the problem of centralized policy management in traditional attribute encryption and is suitable for data sharing scenarios where multiple data applicants exist.Through the design of smart contracts,users can independently define and update access policies for personal medical data.In addition,the model ensures that user data requests,data sharing,data authorization,and access policy updates in data sharing can be audited.(2)For the data sharing scenario of a single data applicant,this paper proposes a secure and efficient proxy signcryption data authorization protocol.Through this agreement,a data provider can authorize someone to proxy themselves to obtain private data or other resources stored in a medical facility.Under the model based on random oracle,this paper carries out provable security analysis and performance test.The experiment proves that the protocol can better meet the needs of lightweight medical equipment.(3)Finally,this paper uses IBM open source super-book project to design and complete the prototype system of medical data authorization scheme based on blockchain technology,and analyzes and evaluates both security and performance.The results show that the system can provide fine-grained,high-security data sharing services,and is easy to deploy,with low resource consumption and good performance.
