The security of medical information sharing is a hot topic in the current era of data.It aims to ensure the authenticity and integrity of data and prevent privacy of the users from being leaked when interacting with data.The traditional electronic medical record system that is currently being used in domestic hospitals can hardly achieve the function of information exchange between each other,and hence leads to “the Isolated Information Island effect”.At the same time,centralized traditional medical information systems are prone to single-point failures or hacker attacks,thus data security is difficult to be guaranteed.In addition,it is difficult for hospitals to control the medical data of patients,and there is serious risk of privacy disclosure issues.The blockchain-based medical information sharing solution utilize blockchain technology to achieve safe storage and efficient sharing of medical information,while fully protecting the patient's privacy and ownership of personal medical data.The specific research content is as follows:1.Aiming at the problem that the consensus mechanism of the existing blockchain medical information sharing solution does not match the application,research and utilize the parallel Byzantine fault tolerance algorithm to establish a blockchain hybrid Byzantine fault tolerance consensus mechanism suitable for medical information sharing to ensure the safety of the blockchain and at the same time improve node consensus efficiency and blockchain throughput,reduce latency and guarantee stable blockchain operation.Finally,through simulation experiments on the Hyperledger Fabric platform,the related performance indicators of the existing mainstream consensus mechanism and the Hybrid Parallel Byzantine Fault Tolerance consensus mechanism are compared.The results show that the given consensus mechanism effectively improves the consensus speed and reduces transaction wait time when the fault tolerance is slightly reduced.2.Aiming at the problem that most access control systems in existing medical information blockchain systems rely on a trusted centralized party to manage and execute access control strategies,there are hidden security risks and are not conducive to the decentralized function of the blockchain.An access control system based on common attributes constructed using blockchain technology.Most of the architectural components in the system are implemented as smart contracts,which are managed through the blockchain to decentralize access control related operations and improve the security and auditability of access control strategies.The experimental results show that the proposed access control scheme is feasible.It protects the user's privacy while ensuring the realization of the decentralized access control function.
