Objective: To inquire into the correlation between the fibrinogen to white blood cell count to mean platelet volume ratio(WMR),albumin ratio(FAR),FT3 to FT4 ratio(FT3/FT4)and severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods: From December 2017 to december 2019,216 STEMI patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in Guilin Medical College were selected. The severity of coronary artery stenosis was estimated by Gensini score. On the basis of Gensini score, the patients were divided into low score group, medium score group, high score group. On the basis of the number of coronary lesions, patients were divided into single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion score group. The clinical data differences of WMR,FAR,FT3 / FT4 ratio, blood lipid, creatinine, age, smoking history and the correlation between the ratio of WMR,FAR,FT3 / FT4 ratio and the severity of coronary artery stenosis were compared among different groups.Results:(1)In Gensini score group,WMR,WBC,FIB,FT3 / FT4 ratio and were significantly higher(P < 0.01)and FT3 was lower(P < 0.05)than those in low score groups and middle score groups, while in other clinical data, there was no significant contrast(P > 0.05).(2)compared with single vessel disease group,Gensini score of double vessel group was significantly higher(P < 0.01),and Gensini score of three vessel group was significantly higher(P < 0.01),WMR,WBC,FIB and FT3 were significantly higher(P < 0.01),FT3 / FT4 ratio and FT3 were significantly lower(P < 0.01);compared with the two vessel lesion group, the three vessel lesion group's Gensini score and FIB were significantly higher(P < 0.01),FT3 / FT4 were significantly lower(P < 0.01),and the rest data had no significant contrast(P > 0.05);(3)WMR,WBC,FIB and Gensini score were significantly positively correlated(P < 0.01).There was a significant negative correlation in FT3 / FT4 ratio,FT3 and Gensini score(P < 0.01),but no significant difference in other data(P > 0.05).(3)only WMR was still an independent risk factor of Gensini score by logistic regression analysis. Conclusions: WMR is closely related to the degree of coronary lesions in STEMI patients, and can be used as an index to evaluate the degree of coronary lesions in STEMI patients. There are no correlation between FAR,FT3/FT4 and the severity of coronary artery stenosis in STEMI patients.
