| Objective:The study observe the treatment therapy of governor meridian moxibustion on sanjiu days for allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold,based on the theory of Yu Boliang's Connecting and Regulating Ren-Du Meridian,to evaluate the effectiveness and advantages and explore the acting theory of this treatment therapy,and at the same time,to provide a proof for inheriting famous doctor's experience.Methods:First of all,90 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold were selected from the acupuncture and moxibustion Rehabilitation Department of Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province.The subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups by random digital grouping method,30 cases in each group,and were treated with three different treatment interventions by groups.Three groups meant three different treatment interventions,which contained the governor meridian moxibustion on sanjiu days,acupoint application on sanjiu days group,and the common medicine on sanjiu days group.Secondly,the corresponding treatment scheme was given in the three groups of subjects with no significant differences,and the Total Nasal Symptom Score(TNSS)and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life questionnaire(RQLQ)of the subjects were evaluated by an objective questionnaire before and after treatment and two weeks later.Finally,the data was collected by Excel 2010,and analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Result:1.In this study,there were no significant differences among age,sex,course of disease,TNSS and RQLQ(P>0.05)in three groups of subjects before treatment(P>0.05),that means comparability.2.After treatment,there were definite effects for three treatment therapies.The total effective rate of three group was 96.55%,92.00%,85.71% in order.The statistical analysis of the results showed that the curative effect of the governor meridian moxibustion on sanjiu days group was better than that of the acupoint application on sanjiu days group and the common medicine group,the acupoint application on sanjiu days group had a similarity with the common medicine on sanjiu days group.Three groups all had improving effects on scores of TNSS and RQLQ between treatment before and after(P<0.05),and the group of governor meridian moxibustion on sanjiu days was better than another one(P<0.05),but there was a similarity between the acupoint application on sanjiu days group and the common medicine group(P>0.05).3.Two weeks later,there were no statistical differences between after treatment and two weeks later on TNSS and RQLQ for the governor meridian moxibustion on sanjiu days group(P < 0.05),but there were for the other two groups(P > 0.05),suggesting that the curative effect for the governor meridian moxibustion on sanjiu days group was stable,and for the other two groups was instable.Conclusion:The three treatments,obviously all have clinical effects for the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold,and all can relieve the aasal symptom,improve the rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life.The governor meridian moxibustion on sanjiu days group is obviously better than aother one in all respects.And it is worthy of clinical promotion for its great and lasting effects,and safety.The study provide a clinical proof for effect and safety of this treatment. |
