Objective:To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types in ALT normal chronic HBV infection patients, and to analyze the correlation between TCM syndrome types and liver histopathology. Methods: total of 110 patients with normal ALT and confirmed chronic HBV infection who visited our hospital from September 2012 to December 2018 were included.Information of the infected patients was collected. The histopathological inflammatory activity and fibrosis stage were observed. To analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes and types in patients with normal chronic HBV infection with ALT,the relationship between liver histopathological characteristics and relevant laboratory indicators, and the correlation between TCM syndromes and liver histopathology.Results:1.110 patients with normal ALT and chronic HBV infection, the most common TCM syndromes were damp-heat internal node(29.1%)and liver depression and spleen deficiency(51.8%).2.110 patients with normal ALT and chronic HBV infection were infected with positive serum HBe Ag and negative serum HBe Ag,and the distribution of TCM syndromes was different.3.The liver histopathological examination results of 110 infected patients included in this study showed that G2 was the main inflammation grade in liver tissue(59.1%),and S2 was the main fibrosis stage(40.9%).4.110 infected patients, the higher the grade of inflammation, the higher the fibrosis stage.5.Between liver inflammation grade and age there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),while there was a significant correlation between liver fibrosis stage and age(P<0.05).6.here was no statistically significant difference between serum HBe Ag positive and serum HBe Ag negative infection patients in terms of liver inflammation grade and fibrosis stage(P>0.05).7.110 patients with normal ALT and chronic HBV infection showed no significant correlation between liver inflammation grade and fibrosis stage and HBV DNA load(P>0.05).8.110 cases of ALT normal chronic HBV infection with blood stasis syndrome of liver tissue inflammation is more serious than other syndromes.9.Among the 110 infected patients included in this study, the degree of liver fibrosis in those infected with blood stasis syndrome was more severe than that of other syndromes.10.110 patients with normal ALT and chronic HBV infection, the average age of those infected with blood stasis syndrome was the largest.11.Among the 110 infected patients included in this study, those with the highest average ALT level were those with spleenkidney Yang deficiency syndrome.12.Among the 110 infected patients included in this study, among all the syndromes, those with damp-heat syndrome were more active in virus replication. Conclusion: This study included 110 cases of normal ALT in chronic HBV infection, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and liver tissue pathologic correlation, and blood stasis resistance winding the infection degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis heavier, older, the higher the proportion of blood stasis resistance network card, hot and humid in by people infected with the virus replicate more active,of traditional Chinese medicine can provide the basis for the clinical antiviral treatment of chronic HBV infection.
