The Investigation Of Nursing Knowledge,attitude And Practice Of Exercise Based Cardiac Rehabilitation After PCI

Objective1.To construct a questionnaire on nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases.2.Questionnaire survey was conducted to grasp the present situation of nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases.Methods Part 1:Questionnaire construction:Methods including literature review,qualitative interview,expert meeting and investigation.1.Literature review:Search guidelines,expert consensus,system evaluation,thesis and dissertation and journal articles of coronary heart diseases and PCI postoperative cardiac rehabilitation domestic and foreign,in order to extract the items and determine the outline of qualitative interview.2.Qualitative interview:According to purposive sampling and theoretical sampling principles,select 37 people including patients after PCI,nurses,doctors and therapists from 6 representative upper first-class hospitals in Shanghai conducting semi-structured interviews,after data coding,draft the questionnaire.3.Expert meeting:On the basis of experience,adopt 7 qualified experts to attend the expert meeting,discussing the pros and cons of questionnaire items.4.Preliminary investigation:Select 120 nurses from the department of cardiology of 5hospitals to implement the preliminary investigation,after modifying and screening the items,constructing the final questionnaire.Part 2:Survey of nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases.According to the ranking statistics(2017,January to December)of PCI surgery person times from Shanghai Shenkang health development center,using purpose sampling method to select 10 out of top 15 highest hospitals person times.After distributing the questionnaires to 400 nurses working in the 10 hospitals mentioned above,compare the differences of knowledge scores,attitude scores,behavioral status and interfering factors.Results1.The questionnaire on nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases is completely constructed.The questionnaire's reliability and validity are good through expert review and statistical analysis.2.Questionnaire survey was conducted to grasp the present situation of nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases.(1)The correct answer rate of nursing knowledge of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases is 52.5%,and the nurses have done a good job in the acquisition of cardiology nursing,which the average accuracy is 92.5%,but master of rehabilitation nursing is poor,which the average accuracy is 48.25%.In terms of the highest academic degree,nurses of bachelor's degree owns the highest score.In comparison of professional title,supervisor nurses scores higher than nurses of senior nurses or general nurses,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)The nursing attitude toward cardiac rehabilitation presents a positive trend,and most nurses agree with the necessity of training of cardiac rehabilitation.Nurses working in TCM hospitals scores higher in attitude questionnaire than nurses employed in western medicine hospitals,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)In the aspects of nursing behavior of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases,the majority of nurses are doing the health guide to patients undergoing PCI,but referring to the exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation,the nursing guide seems to be obscure.In terms of multidisciplinary cooperation,most nurses have not cooperate with rehabilitation department,nutritional department and other associated departments to develop a proposal together.As to the implementation of exercised-based cardiac rehabilitation,there existing flaws in nurses' monitoring vital signs and prevention of risk factors.Conclusion The questionnaire on nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases can effectively reflect the level attained of knowledge,real attitude and current situation of behavior.According to the survey,nurses' master of nursing knowledge of exercise based cardiac rehabilitation after PCI of coronary heart diseases is poor,but they show a positive attitude towards cardiac rehabilitation,and the execution of behavior is high although some guiding seems not so refined and the contents are obscure.In conclusion,The survey result of the questionnaire provide a solid theoretical foundation for the targeted and efficient training of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in the near future.
