Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Sanhuangzhi Scutellariae In The Straight Distal Radius Fractures

Objective : to analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of sanhuangzhi in the treatment of the straight distal radius fracture.Methods : From March 2019-December 2019,9 0 patients with extensional distal radius fracture were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group,control group and blank control group,3 0 patients in each group;after admission,the three groups were analyzed by the same group of doctors on their X-ray results,and then the patients were treated with extensional distal radius fracture manipulation,two times after manipulation Patients in the group were treated with small splint for effective fixation of the fracture position.The treatment group was given 1 0 ml of the treatment of sanhuangzhi scattered on the splint dressing,and 1 times a day for 6 weeks;The control group was given 1 0 ml of Yun nan Bai yao sprays scattered on the splint dressing,and 1 times a day for 6 weeks;In the blank control group,the splint was fixed for 6 weeks without any drug intervention.All patients were given the same guidance of functional exercise by the same doctor;the VAS pain score,quality of life,daily activity ability score,wrist function score,wrist swelling and overall efficiency of the three groups were compared and analyzed in the first week,the second week,the third week,the fourth week and the sixth week after treatment.Results :(1)The VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group in the first week,the second week,the third week,the fourth week and the sixth week were significantly lower than that of the blank control group,the difference between the three groups was more significant(P < 0.0 5),the difference was statistically significant.The VAS scores of the treatment group in the first week,the second week and the third week were significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was more significant(P < 0.0 5),the difference was statistically significant.However,after the 4 th and 6 th week of treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.0 5).(2)Compared with the control group and the blank control group,the quality of life scores of the treatment group in physical function,psychological f unction,social function,material life state were significantly higher,the difference between the three groups was more significant(P < 0.0 5),the difference was statistically significant.(3)The ADL scores of the treatment group and the control group in the first week,the second week,the third week,the fourth week and the sixth week were significantly higher than those of the blank control group,the difference between the three groups was more significant(P < 0.0 5),the difference was statistically significant.The ADL scores of the treatment group in the first week,the second week and the third week were significantly higher than the difference between the two groups,(P < 0.0 5),the difference was statistically significant.But after the 4th and 6th week of treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.0 5).(4)The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the blank control group(P < 0.0 5).(5)In the first,second,third,fourth and sixth week,the score of transverse swelling of wrist and palm in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group,the difference between the three groups was more significant(P < 0.0 5),the difference was statistically significant.The score of transverse swelling of wrist and palm in the treatment group at the first,second and third weeks was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.0 5).But after the 4th and 6th week of treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.0 5).(6)The wrist function scores of the treatment group,the control group and the blank control group were : the treatment group and the control group were better than the blank group,the treatment group was better than the control group,(P < 0.0 5),the difference was statistically significant.(7)Although the incidence of adverse treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and the blank control group,there was no significant difference between the three groups(P > 0.0 5).Conclusion : The treatment of sanhuangzhi can not only effectively alleviate the swelling of the wrist,but also reduce the local pain in the early treatment of fracture.Can reduce the length of stay of patients,and play a definite role in helping the functional recovery of patients.It can be used as one of the main drugs in orthopedic clinical treatment in our hospital.
