Regular Analysis Of Doctor Shihui Treating Vascular Dementia

OBJECTIVE:Through the clinical records of the director of the clinical division to treat vascular dementia,the frequency statistics of the traditional Chinese medicines in the prescription are summarized,classified,analyzed,and excavated.The method of thinking of the disease provides new ideas and inspiration for the clinical treatment of the disease.METHODS:The prescriptions of the directors of Doctor Shihui in the outpatient department of encephalopathy of the Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018 were collected and treated for patients with vascular dementia.200 songs.First,use the WPS 2019 form to build a database and enter the patient's name,gender,age,outpatient number and other general information.Second,using the frequency statistics method,the 200 prescription medications were counted for frequency,four qi,five flavors,guijing,and efficacy categories.If all the drugs in the Chinese medicine prescription use binary variables,the value of the traditional Chinese medicine in each prescription is marked as 1,the value of traditional Chinese medicine is not marked as 0.The statistical data was analyzed by medication cluster analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 to obtain a new prescription.Finally,the obtained results were analyzed in depth and excavated.RESULTS:Analyze the 200 prescriptions and get a total of 105 Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 3684 times,and a total of 26 Chinese medicines with a frequency greater than 50.Among them,Chuanxiong has the highest frequency,195 times;168 times of safflower,167 times of Poria,142 times of Salvia miltiorrhiza,136 times of peach kernel;136 times of Astragalus;132 times of Gastrodia;120 times of Dilong;114 times of Atractylodes;113 times of chicken blood 100 times rattan;88 times coix seed;86 times angelica;85 times mulberry;79 times yarrow;78 times rhizomata;77 times rhubarb;59times rhizome;59 times bamboo;58 times;Eucommia 56 times;Polygonatum 55 times;Taizishen 55 times;Zhiren Ren 55 times;Wu Weizi 53 times.According to the four air classifications,the top three are warm,flat,and cold medicines.The warm medicine has 29 flavors,27%,the flat medicine has 28 flavors,26%,and the cold medicine has 20 flavors,accounting for 19%..According to the statistics of the five flavors,the most commonly obtained are sweet,bitter,and spicy.There are 51 flavors of sweet medicines;45 flavors of bitter medicines;41 flavors of spicy medicines.According to the statistical results of the Meridian Meridian,the Meridian Meridian belongs to the liver,the heart,the spleen,and the renal meridian.The number of the liver meridian is 55;the number of the heart meridian is30;the number of the spleen meridian is 42;the number of the renal meridian is 33.The statistical results are sorted according to the medication category,and medication cluster analysis is performed based on IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0,and five new prescriptions are obtained,namely prescription 1: Zhuru,Ziweizi,Shichangpu;prescription 2: husk,Xixian Grass,chicken blood rattan;Prescription 3:Rehmannia glutinosa,Eucommia ulmoides,Yizhiren,Huang Jing;Prescription 4: Safflower,peach kernel,salvia;Prescription 5:Chuanxiong,Poria.CONCLUSION: Doctor Shihui's directors treating vascular dementia is from the perspective of kidney deficiency,phlegm turbidity,and blood stasis,he attaches great importance to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,replenishing qi and solid sources,and reducing phlegm and removing wind and collaterals.Use warm medicine to protect the kidney yang,phlegm and blood,Pingyao tonic tonic,supplement cold medicine to clear heat and reduce qi,and to remove turbidity.Use sweet medicine to nourish the spleen and kidney,bitter medicine to reduce qi,dry dampness and phlegm,and spicy medicine to qi and blood.Dialectical treatment attaches importance to regulating the viscera,regulating liver and nourishing blood,nourishing the heart and soothe the nerves,strengthening the spleen and kidney,and filling the essence.The five new prescriptions correspond to the indispensable rules and treatments in the treatment of this disease,that is,qi and phlegm,blood circulation,and kidney filling.
