Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that may induce anovulation type AUB-O,and to explore the correlation between susceptible constitution and common TCM syndromes, which is beneficial to prevent the occurrence of anovulation type AUB-O,and to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of anovulation type AUB-O.MethodThe case group was distributed to the first and second affiliated hospitals of tianjin university of traditional chinese medicine from september 2018 to january 2020,which met the AUB-O of diagnosis of insipidus and anovulation of western medicine and signed informed consent to participate in the questionnaire. The control group was distributed to those who signed informed consent to participate in the questionnaire,The data collected were collected Excel software to establish database, and SPSS22.0 software statistics and analysis.ResultsThe case group of this study issued 157 questionnaires, the control group issued 143 questionnaires, and both groups recovered 136 valid questionnaires each.1.Anovulatory AUB-O patients had significant differences in general conditions(BMI>24,occupation dominated by physical strength)compared with the control group(P<0.01).2.Patients with anovulation type AUB-O compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant in terms of past menstruation(premenstrual period, irregular menstruation, multiple menstruation, prolonged menstrual period, menstrual bleeding)and reproductive activities(number of pregnancies, number of abortions)P<0.05.3.Patients with anovulatory AUB-O had significant differences in eating habits(partial eosinophilic, spicy food)compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.There was significant difference in mood change(P<0.01)between 4.anovulatory AUB-O and control group.5.Anovulatory AUB-O patients compared with the control group,in terms of sleep duration P<0.01,sleep quality 0.01,life pressure 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.6.Patients with anovulatory AUB-O had a difference of 0.05 in the history of abnormal uterine bleeding in the immediate family compared with the control group group P< which was statistically significant.7.Patients with anovulatory AUB-O compared with the control group, patients with thyroid disease and insulin resistance were significantly more than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.8.136 cases of anovulatory AUB-O had the most deficiency of qi,accounting for 32.3%,followed by deficiency of yang,27 cases, accounting for 19.9%,and 16 cases, accounting for 11.8%.9.in 136 cases of anovulatory AUB-O,the distribution of TCM syndromes is more, among which spleen deficiency syndrome accounts for the majority,38.2%,followed by kidney qi deficiency syndrome, accounting for 20.6%,the empirical evidence is less,a total9.1%.10.The correlation between anovulatory AUB-O constitution type and TCM syndrome type(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Anovulatory AUB-O is associated with high body mass index(BMI),physical strength, high life pressure, irregular menstruation(premenstrual period, irregular menstruation, excessive menstruation, prolonged menstrual period,Intercourse bleeding),pregnancy, abortion, history of abnormal uterine bleeding in the immediate family, sour diet, irritable mood, poor sleep time and/or quality, thyroid disease, insulin resistance and other factors.2.Anovulation type AUB-O susceptible constitution is qi deficiency, and its most common witness type is spleen deficiency syndrome.
