Clinical Comparative Study On The Treatment Of Diabetic Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Obliterans By Cirostazol Tablets(Qi-Deficiency And Blood-stasis Syndrome),Zinimaibi Decoction Combined With Acupuncture,Cirostazol Tablets And Zinimaibi Decoction Combined

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cirostazol tablets,zinimaibi decoction combined with acupuncture,combined all three of them in the treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans,and to compare and analyze the difference between combined therapy and monotherapy,in order to explore a new clinical treatment for diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion.Methods: 90 diabetic patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(cirostazol tablets group),acupuncture and drug group(acupuncture + traditional Chinese medicine group),and observation group(cirostazol tablets+acupuncture + traditional Chinese medicine group).There were 30 cases in each group,4 weeks is a course of treatment,interval of 1 week,and to treat two courses.The clinical symptom scale of the three groups was compared before and after the treatment,the comparison between the three groups before and after the treatment,the difference between the clinical indicators(d-dimer,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,FPG)and the ankle-brachial index(ABI)before and after the treatment,and the comprehensive efficacy analysis were recorded.Statistical software was used for data analysis to evaluate the therapeutic effect of each group.Results: 1.The total effective rate was 89.65% in the observation group,68.95% in the control group,and 73.35% in the acupuncture and drug group.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P=0.009<0.05).The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the acupuncture and drug group and the control group.2.Compared with before treatment,the skin temperature,pain,skin color,intermittent claudication distance and other aspects of the control group and observation group and acupuncture and drug group were significantly improved after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.The differences between the three groups before and after treatment were calculated,and then the differences among the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Plasma viscosity,LDL-c,d-dimer,and fibrinogen showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the ABI value increases;As can be seen from pair comparison,plasma viscosity and d-dimer in the observation group were significantlydecreased compared with the control group and the acupuncture group,in the acupuncture group and the observation groupwhile fibrinogen,and LDL-c were decreased and the ABI value increases compared with the control group.4.The Liver and kidney functions of the three groups were within the normal range before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease by cirostazol tablets,zinimaibi decoction combined with acupuncture,cirostazol tablets and zinimaibi decoction combined with acupuncture,it can be seen that the total effective rate of silostazole combined with self-designed maibi prescription combined with acupuncture can reach 89.65%,which is better than single western medicine or acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.2.Cirostazol tablets combined with zinimaibi decoction combined with acupuncture therapy may effectively improve blood supply to lower limbs,improve clinical symptoms,and be safe through anticoagulation,regulating blood lipid,and improving circulation.It has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion,which can be used for reference and widely used in clinical practice.
