Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of conditioning spleen and stomach acupuncture in the treatment of amenorrhea in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of amenorrhea in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness. Methods: According to the order of enrollment,64 patients with amenorrhea of polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness were divided into control group and observation group randomly by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group refers to acupuncture by acupuncture according to "Acupuncture Therapy" edited by Wang Qicai;the observation group uses acupuncture by adjusting the spleen and stomach acupuncture. The two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture once a day for 30 minutes. The acupuncture was rested for 2 days after 5 days, and 4 weeks was a course of treatment. There were 3 consecutive courses of treatment.Changes in amenorrhea,TCM individual syndrome scores,TCM syndrome total scores, testosterone levels, basal body temperature, insulin resistance levels, blood lipid levels, and other safety indicators were compared before and after treatment in the two groups, and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:1.Comparative analysis of general conditions: Bfore treatment, age, duration of disease, menarche age,BMI index,TCM single syndrome score,TCM syndrome total score, testosterone level, basal body temperature, insulin resistance level and blood lipid level of the two groups, compared by statistical processing, were no statistical significance(P> 0.05).This indicates that the differences between the two groups of patients before treatment were not significant and are comparable.2.Comprehensive efficacy judgment analysis: After treatment, the observation group's total effective rate was 70.00%,and the control group's total effective rate was 53.33%.The distribution of different effects between the two groups was statistically processed, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).It is suggested that the effect of conditioning spleen and stomach acupuncture on the treatment of amenorrhea of polycystic ovary syndrome with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.3.Comparison of amenorrhea: The two groups' amenorrhea rate, before and after treatment, was statistically treated, and the differences were importantly significant(P <0.01);the amenorrhea rate between the two groups after treatment was statistically treated, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).4.Comparison of individual syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine: The comparison of the individual syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment in the two groups was compared statistically. All the syndromes in the observation group had significant differences(P <0.05).The control group only had menstrual cycles,There were significant differences in obesity, dizziness, fatigue, lack of gas, laziness, dullness, vomiting, sputum, facial swollen limbs, tongue coating, and pulse signs(P <0.05).After treatment, the individual scores between the two groups were statistically processed, and the differences were significant(P <0.05).5.Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes: Comparison of the TCM syndromes' total scores, before and after treatment in their own groups, was statistically processed, and the differences were importantly significant(P <0.01);the scores between the two groups were statistically analyzed after treatment. The difference is very significant(P <0.01).6.Comparison of testosterone levels: Comparing the testosterone levels in the two groups of patients by statistical processing, before and after treatment, the difference in the observation group were all importantly significant(P <0.01),and the difference in the control group was significant(P <0.05).After treatment, the testosterone levels between the groups was statistically processed, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).7.Comparison of basal body temperature: Comparing the BBT biphasic rate in the two groups of patients by statistical processing, before and after treatment, the difference of the two groups were all importantly significant(P <0.01);After treatment, the BBT biphasic rate between the two groups was statistically processed, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).8.Comparison of insulin resistance levels:The two groups' FPG,FINS,and HOMA-IR were compared by us before and after their treatment. After statistical processing, the differences in the observation group were significant(P <0.05),and there were no differences in the control group.Significant significance(P> 0.05);After their treatment,FPG,FINS,and HOMA-IR were compared between the two groups. And the differences was no significant after statistical processing(P> 0.05).9.Comparison of blood lipid levels: The two groups' TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C were compared by us before and after their treatment. After statistical processing, the differences in the observation group were all very significant(P <0.01).The differences in TC and TG in the control group were significant(P <0.05),while the differences in HDL-C and LDL-C in the control group were not significant(P> 0.05).The TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C were compared between groups. After statistical processing, the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Conditioning the spleen and stomach acupuncture for polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type can significantly improve patients' amenorrhea,TCM syndromes, testosterone levels, basal body temperature and other indicators, and has certain effects on insulin resistance and blood lipid levels, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
