Objective:To analyze and compare the cerebrovascular hemodynamic indexes(CVHI)and its influencing factors between some ethnic minorities(Tujia,Buyi,Dong,Miao)and Han women aged 40-60 years old in Guiyang City, and to determine the risk degree and risk factors of stroke,so as to take effective preventive measures. Methods: From March 2018 to December 2019,the perimenopausal women who had physical examination in the health management center of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected as the research objects. The past medical history, menstrual cycle and other basic information were investigated by questionnaire;the physiological and biochemical indexes were detected;CVHI was detected to compare the basic situation distribution characteristics and CVHI abnormalities between ethnic minorities and Han people And analyze the influencing factors of CVHI.Result:1.The proportion of family history of stroke in minority women(13.71%)is different from that in Han(5.49%).2.The abnormal rate of CVHI was 20.03%(130/649)in ethnic minority and 20.03%(281/1403)in Han nationality.3.The mean levels of BMI,waist circumference,SBP,DBP,FPG,Hcy,TC,TG and LDL-C increased with the increase of stroke risk, while the mean levels of HDL-C decreased with the increase of stroke risk. The BMI,TG,BMI and mean value of minority perimenopausal women and Han nationality are all up to the standards of overweight and dyslipidemia;the waist circumference,SBP,FPG of minority perimenopausal women and FPG,Tg of Han nationality are all up to the standards of central obesity, hypertension, impaired fasting blood glucose and dyslipidemia;the weight The mean of waist circumference,SBP and DBP of Han perimenopausal women in stroke risk group reached the standard of central obesity and hypertension.4.Age,hypertension,history of hyperlipidemia, junior high school education, menopause, obesity(central obesity),increased FPG,and dyslipidemia were all risk factors of stroke in perimenopausal women.History of diabetes mellitus, salty diet and IFG were the special risk factors of minority women during perimenopause, and never eating salted food was the protective factor.5.SBP(r=-0.238,P<0.001),body weight(r=-0.259,P<0.001),waist circumference(r=-0.236,P<0.001),TG(r=-0.214,P<0.001)were negatively correlated with CVHI,HDL-C(r=0.174,P<0.001)was positively correlated with CVHI.Conclusion: 1.For perimenopausal women with family history of stroke,we should pay attention to monitoring blood pressure and blood lipid level, and carry out appropriate physical activity, which is conducive to reducing the risk of stroke.2.Among the permanent residents of Guizhou Province, the risk exposure rate of stroke of minority and Han women in perimenopausal physical examination is as high as 20.03%,there is no essential difference between minority and Han.The risk exposure rate of stroke increases gradually with the increase of age,and the 50-year-old group are the turning point of the increase of the risk exposure rate of stroke. When entering middle age,we should strengthen the prevention of stroke, especially after the age of 55,we should strengthen the prevention of stroke and take effective preventive measures.3.Perimenopausal women with overweight, dyslipidemia, central obesity, high blood pressure or impaired fasting blood glucose may have different degrees of cerebrovascular function impairment, that is,stroke risk.4.While controlling the blood pressure, blood lipid and body weight of perimenopausal women,we should pay special attention to the monitoring of blood glucose level and the adjustment of diet habits of ethnic minority perimenopausal women.5.The higher the blood pressure, weight, waist circumference and blood lipid level of ethnic minorities, the higher the risk of stroke. It is urgent to monitor and manage the blood pressure, blood sugar and body quality of perimenopausal women with hypertension, diabetes and obesity. It is necessary to control or improve their eating habits, strengthen physical exercise, and carry out necessary and regular drug treatment,so as to reduce the risk of stroke in this population.
