Objective:To explore the relationship between the maximum standardized uptake value?SUVmax?of 18F-FDG PET/CT and clinical related factors;Secondly,to evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the prognosis of NSCLC.Methods:The clinical data of 133 patients with non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathology after 18F-FDG PET/CT examination in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,According to the patients'sex, age, smoking history, focus size, serum tumor markers?TMS?level, pathological type, differentiation degree and clinical stage, they were divided into groups, analysis of the relationship between SUVmax and the above clinical factors? The SUVmax comparison between the two groups was conducted by independent sample t-test,and the comparison between multiple groups was conducted by one-way ANOVA.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the linear relationship between SUVmax and continuous variables, and Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between SUVmax and classified variables.Kaplan Meier method was used to calculate the overall survival rate?OS?,and logrank test,one-way ANOVA and Cox model multivariate analysis were used. Results:There was significant difference in SUVmax between male and female patients?P<0.05?.The difference of SUVmax in different pathological types was statistically significant?P<0.05?.SUVmax in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in adenocarcinoma; The difference of SUVmax in different size of primary focus was statistically significant?P<0.05?,SUVmax of the group with primary focus?3cm was higher than that of the group with primary focus<3cm.The difference between clinical stage and primary SUVmax was statistically significant?P<0.05?,The difference of SUVmax between stage I and stage II,III,IV lung cancer,III and IV lung cancer was statistically significant?P<0.05?;The difference between the degree of differentiation and SUVmax was statistically significant?P<0.05?,The difference of SUVmax between the low differentiation group and the middle differentiation group, the low differentiation group and the high differentiation group was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in SUVmax of primary focus among age, smoking history and tumor markers?P>0.05?.Correlation analysis showed that the degree of differentiation was highly correlated with SUVmax; The maximum transverse diameter of the focus was moderately correlated with SUVmax of the primary focus;Sex and pathological type were weakly correlated with SUVmax, and clinical stage was moderately correlated with SUVmax?P<0.05?.There was significant correlation between SUVmax and T stage, but no correlation with N stage and M stage;SUVmax was significantly correlated with T stage and weakly correlated with N stage and M stage in lung adenocarcinoma group. The OS of patients with SUVmax?9.5 and SUVmax<9.5 were 29.60%and 39.29%respectively?P<0.05?;The OS of early?I+II?and late?III+IV?group were 65.11%and 44.95%respectively?P<0.05?;OS of patients with primary focus?3cm and primary focus<3cm were 43.39%and 63.78%respectively?P<0.05?.The results of univariate analysis showed that the size of focus,SUVmax, clinical stage and differentiation degree were the prognostic factors of OS?P<0.05?.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that clinical stage,SUVmax and differentiation degree were the prognostic factors of NSCLC?P<0.05?.Conclusion:1.SUVmax of primary NSCLC is related to a variety of clinical prognostic factors, and has a positive correlation with the size, histological grade and clinical stage of NSCLC,suggesting that SUVmax of primary lung cancer may be a potential important prognostic factor for NSCLC patients.2.SUVmax,clinical stage and differentiation degree of primary lung cancer can predict the survival of patients.SUVmax may be an independent predictor of survival.
