Objective:To investigate the risk factors of endometrial polyps.Method:randomly selected data center of department of gynaecology in April 2013-February 2018 lines of diagnostic curettage surgery(hysteroscopy check the lower clinical surgery or biopsy)and pathological examination,637 cases of patients,all patients according to the postoperative pathologic results are divided into endometrial polyps patients(observation group)325 cases,non-endometrial polyps(control group)312 cases,compared two groups of clinical data,comparing two groups of women’s age,abnormal vaginal bleeding,pregnant time,production time,menopause,menarche age,body mass index,hypertension,diabetes,uterine fibroids and adenomyosis of the uterus and the cervical polyp clinical indicators,Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed.Results:Univariate analysis showed that the incidence of endometrial polyps was related to pregnancy,birth,age,abnormal vaginal bleeding,uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.The significant factors after multivariate regression analysis were: abnormal vaginal bleeding,uterine fibroids,adenomyosis.Conclusion:Abnormal vaginal bleeding,uterine fibroids and adenomyosis are risk factors for endometrial polyps.Menopause,age of menarche,body mass index,hypertension,diabetes,cervical polyps and other factors need to be further verified by large samples.
