Objective:To investigate the difference of renal damage severity among different TCM syndromes of hypertensive renal damage. Methods:In this study,199 patients with hypertensive renal damage who were hospitalized in the cardiovascular key specialty of Xinjiang autonomous region traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.199 patients with hypertensive renal damage were compared with related indexes of renal damage in different grades of hypertension and different risk stratification, the severity of renal damage in different grades of hypertension and different risk stratification, and the related indexes of renal damage in different TCM syndromes of hypertensive renal damage were compared.SPSS22.0 was used for analysis. Results: 1.comparative analysis of the severity of renal damage in different grades of hypertension:(1)the level of blood urea nitrogen in grade 3 of hypertension is significantly higher than that in grade 2 of hypertension, and the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05);(2)Compared with CKD stages in different grades of hypertension, the proportion of patients with hypertension stage 2 and hypertension stage 3 CKD2 is the largest, and the proportion of patients with hypertension stage 3 CKD stage 3,CKD stage 4 and CKD stage 4 is significantly higher than that of hypertension stage 2.2.comparative analysis of the severity of renal damage in different risk stratification of hypertension:(1)compared with relevant indexes of renal damage in different risk stratification of hypertension, the levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum cystatin c and blood ?2 microglobulin in high risk group of hypertension are signif icantly higher than those in high risk group of hypertension, and the difference is statistically signif icant(p < 0.01);(2)Compared with CKD stages in different risk stratification of hypertension, the high-risk group and high-risk group of hypertension have the highest proportion of CKD stage D2,and the proportion of CKD stage 3,CKD stage 4 and CKD stage 5 in high-risk group of hypertension is higher than that in high-risk group of hypertension.3.comparative analysis of the severity of renal damage in different TCM syndromes of hypertensive renal damage:(1)compared with the relevant indexes of renal damage in different TCM syndromes of hypertensive renal damage, there are statistically significant differences in GFR,creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum cystatin c,?2 microglobulin, microalbum inur ia,creatinine and ACR indexes among the five syndromes(p < 0.01-0.05);(2)The correlat ion between phlegm and blood stasis type of hypertension kidney damage and related indexes of kidney damage is as follows: blood urea nitrogen, urine routine urine protein, blood ?2 microglobulin,albumin/creat inine, blood creatinine and serum cystatin C from strong to weak. The correlation coefficient r is 0.31,0.29,0.27,0.23,0.20 and 0.18(p < 0.01-0.05).Conclusion:1.The higher the classification and risk stratification of hypertension, the more serious the related indexes of renal damage, and the higher the CKD stage, suggesting that the more serious the renal damage, the worse the renal function.2.patients with hypertension and renal damage with phlegm and blood stasis are the largest in the five types, and the phlegm and blood stasis type is more common in CKD2 patients.3.The levels of renal function related indexes in patients with hypertensive renal damage and kidney-qi deficiency are higher than those in other four types, and the proportions of CKD3,CKD4,and CKD5 in pat ients with hypertensive renal damage and kidney-qi deficiency are higher than those in other types, suggesting that renal function in patients with hypertensive renal damage and kidney-qi deficiency is worse. This is of guiding significance to the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the future.
