The essay aims to study the law of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in thetreatment of pregnancy hypertensive renal damage.By using the way of the traditionalliterature search to carry on the theoretical research. To the literature, which meets up withthe standard of modern clinical observation, using Excel database, to carry out frequencyanalysis on some aspects, such as TCM syndrome, Herbal therapy, Concise TraditionalChinese Herbal Medicine. We find that the most common TCM types are edema due tospleen deficiency, deficiency of yin and hyperactivity of liver-yang, liver and kidneydeficiency, spleen deficiency and hyperactive of liver-yang syndrome, Stasis water mutual,excessive rising of liver yang. The common herbal therapies are spleen invigorating toexcrete water,nourishing yin to repress the liver,spleen invigorating to repress the liver,nourish liver and kidney,activating blood to excrete water,tranquilizing liver andyang.The concise Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine are reinforcing drugs,damp-clearing drug,liver wind calmed drugs,the drugs of activating blood circulation andantipyretic.Five of the most commonly used Chinese medicinal herbs are poria,rhizomaatractylodis macrocephalae,rhizoma alismatis,radix engelicae sinensis and areca peel. Wepropose that the trends of the future research will be the study of the syndromestandardization, prescription of unity, cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine andpreventive treatment of disease research,and so on. In addition,this project also lists sometypical cases of the disease and summarizing some specific therapies,such as acupunctureand TCM diet medication.
