Research On The Construction Status And Countermeasures Of Party Affairs Workers In Wenzhou Public Hospitals Under The Healthy China Strategy

The "Healthy China" strategy put forward in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress aims to give priority to people's health in development.It is the guideline for China's health and health work in the new era and also the common pursuit of the people for a better life.As the main body of China's medical service system,public hospitals are the main force of the health front under the leadership of the Party,and also an important window for the Party to contact and serve the people.In the context of the healthy China strategy,the team of Party workers in public hospitals,as an important carrier of the party construction in public hospitals,is the basic force to ensure the smooth development of the party work in public hospitals,an important organizational guarantee to promote the stable development of public hospitals,and the key to implement the strategic deployment of "Healthy China".Therefore,under the strategy of "healthy China",it is particularly important to strengthen the team construction of party affairs workers in public hospitals.Some achievements have been made in the construction of party workers in wenzhou public hospitals after the strategy of "Healthy China" was put forward,but there are still some problems.At first,this paper illustrates the health strategy in China and the party affairs worker team construction connotation and significance of the public hospital,discusses the health China's strategic relationship with the public hospital party affairs worker team construction and theoretical basis,combined with the wenzhou city public hospital in health strategy after implementation of the basic situation in China,according to the results of the questionnaire analysis of wenzhou public hospital existing problems and reasons of the party affairs worker team,focusing on questions given rationalization improvement measures and countermeasures for the wenzhou city public hospitals under the "healthy China" strategy to strengthen the construction of the party affairs worker team reference is put forward.Aiming at the problems existing in the team of party workers in wenzhou public hospitals under the strategy of "healthy China",the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward :(1)strengthen political study and improve ideological position;(2)Explore incentive mechanism to stimulate internal motivation;(3)Improve the training mechanism and enhance competence and literacy;(4)Clarifying performance supervision and strengthening the implementation of responsibilities;(5)Improve the matching system and optimize the team structure.
