In recent years,by constructing the medical informatization,Internet diagnosis and treatment,and Internet hospital,our country is gradually strengthening the improvement of social support systems,service systems and management systems of health care,and solving step by step the social hot issues including the poor basic clinical diagnosis and treatment ability,regional disequilibrium of high-quality medical resources,low doctor-patient trust degree,etc.With the commercialization of the fifth generation(5G)mobile communication,the medical industry informatization under 5G network presents strong vitality.The 2019 government work report has clearly proposed to upgrade the telemedicine network,and the National Health Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have worked closely to promote the application of 5G in the medical and health field.The slicing technology and mobile edge computing(MEC)technology in 5G network provide indispensable technical support for the steady development of informatization in the medical field.At present,hospital informatization construction projects are not rare,but only after 5G network is rolled out in a large area,the 5G-oriented smart hospital networking schemes can be launched.The existing hospital informatization construction has the following disadvantages:(1)The medical information system is in chaos,the original WIFI network is not effective,and the self-built Internet data center(IDC)of the hospital has high cost,low level and difficult operation and maintenance,which seriously affects the use of the service system;(2)It is lack of internal network with high isolation and security,unable to realize the docking and fusion between personal business and hospital owned data center;(3)Limited by the network transmission delay,it is not yet possible to build an efficient network with various systems such as remote surgery,remote ECG diagnosis,remote consultation,as well as a network for emergency first aid treatment.In this thesis,taking the construction of a smart hospital in Shenyang city as an example,the network design and key technologies of smart hospitals are investigated under 5G technologies.The 5G smart hospital construction overall design framework is given.Aiming at the Shenyang 5G smart hospital construction background,construction requirements and information platform,etc.,the overall architecture scheme of intelligent medical private network and network technology solutions are put forward in detail.The detailed study and discussion are carried on from 5G smart hospital internal network,5G remote private network,5G contingency medical private network configuration and network,and 5G medical private network security.In the face of the demand of hospital informatization upgrade,high security,high isolation and high priority,and the reality that the traditional way is not enough and 5G public network cannot fully meet the demand of hospital,the new infrastructure build scheme is designed based on 5G medical industry private network combined with Internet of things,big data and MEC technology,etc.,which can provide a reference for future intelligent hospital networking construction engineering.
