Abstract/Summary:
With the development of Internet technology and people’s increasing attention to medical health,the mobile medical application market is becoming increasingly hot,which has become the focus of research and development of various medical institutions.In order to improve the quality of medical services and optimize the allocation of medical resources,some local health authorities and large hospitals are actively promoting more mature business models.However,due to various reasons,there are many problems in the construction of heterogeneous medical information system platform.The first problem is the poor compatibility between systems,and the data is difficult to use across platforms.In response to these problems,a series of medical information standards have been issued by relevant international organizations,among which the IHE technology framework is the representative,whose functions and effects have been internationally recognized.This paper designs and implements a mobile medical application based on IHE technology and Android platform.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and introduces the IHE technology and the development principle of Android platform.Then the main needs of current users are investigated,and the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are analyzed.On the basis of requirement analysis,the overall design of the system is carried out.Based on the in-depth study of two interactive models of patient identity cross index and cross organization document sharing in ihe technical framework,a set of scheme of patient identity identification,combination and information sharing is proposed.The cross index of patient identity is used to establish the mapping relationship between each system through pix manager and merge the patient identity.At the same time,through unified document registration,the information of heterogeneous systems can be accessed each other.Then the main function modules of app are designed and implemented,including patient identity main index service,client user management,appointment registration,online payment,order query,etc.the patient main index service runs on the server side to provide service support for app client.Finally,this paper also tests the function andperformance of the client,the results show that the client function runs normally,and the performance reaches the design target.Through the integration of heterogeneous system information,the mobile medical app developed in this paper can reduce the transformation of the existing system of the hospital,solve the problem that patient identification depends on the medical card and information is difficult to share,and realize the "one card" medical service in the region.
