Clinical Observation On Treatment Of The Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Cold And Dampness Stasis Type With Penyan Wenhua Cytotherapy

Objective:In this study,by observing the changes of clinical symptoms,signs,and auxiliary examinations of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of cold and damp stasis type by using Penyan Wenhua Cytotherapy,the therapeutic effect of the prescription on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of cold and damp stasis type was evaluated.And to explore the mechanism of this side.Methods:Sixty patients with cold and damp stasis type SPID collected in the outpatient clinic were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Penyan Wenhua Decoction,and the control group was given Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.Contraceptive measures need to be taken during treatment to avoid pregnancy.Both groups of patients started taking the drug on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle,and stopped using it during the menstrual cycle,and treated them for a total of three menstrual cycles.After the treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,local sign score,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,chronic pelvic pain VAS pain score,transvaginal ultrasound examination,and adverse reactions were compared.Result:1.Comparing The age,course of disease,total score of TCM syndromes,number of pregnancy,number of births,degree of illness,and number of operations of the two groups of patients.After testing,P> 0.05,showing that statistically significant difference wasn't existing between two groups.2.After treatment,treatment group was higher than the control group,the total efficacy rate of the control group was 76.67% and the total efficacy rate of the treatment group was86.67%(P <0.05),The treatment group was lower than the control group compared with the relapse rate,showing that statistically significant difference was existing between two groups.(P <0.05).3.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes,TCM syndromes score and local signs score before and after drug administration were compared between the two groups,showing that statistically significant difference was existing between before and after drug administration.(P<0.05).And statistically significant difference was existing betweentwo groups.(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.VAS scores before and after administration were compared between the two groups,showing that statistically significant difference was existing between before and after drug administration(P<0.05),And statistically significant difference was existing between two groups,(P<0.05).and the treatment group was better than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the single item TCM symptom score group,except for lumbosacral cold pain,discomfort in dilatation and menstrual delay,and menstrual blood volume reduction(P> 0.05),the other differences were statistically significant Significance(P <0.05).4.After treatment,the C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rates of the two groups were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),the treatment group was better than Control group.The results of transvaginal ultrasound examination of the two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).5.There is no obvious liver and kidney damage in the two groups of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is 0,so the two groups of drugs are safe and reliable for the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of cold and dampness and stasis type.Conclusion:Penyan Wenhua Cytotherapy is effective in treating the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease caused by cold and damp stasis.It can effectively improve clinical symptoms and local signs and chronic pelvic pain.Maybe It can promote inflammation regression,without obvious side effects,safe and reliable.
