Objective:To treat the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases of cold-damp-stasis type with Wenjing-Nuangong decoction, which took orally combined with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine and hot compress of dregs by using Wenyang tongluo comprehensive therapy. To observe the effect on chronic pelvic pain of patients, improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and related observation indexes. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wenyang tongluo comprehensive therapy and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease objectively. To provide effective reference for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases by traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Method:A total of 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of cold-dampness-stagnation type that met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group with the comprehensive therapy of Wenyang tongluo therapy and the control group with Shaofu zhuyu granules combined with kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository(30 cases each). The short-term analgesic effect,TCM syndromes and physical signs improvement of the two groups are observed after 3 months of continuous medication, and then evaluate the number of WBC,N,the level of blood viscosity at both high and low sHear rates, plasmic viscosity,HCT,ESR,CRP and the changes of gynecological ultrasound. And the recurrence was followed up after 3 months,so as to evaluate the clinical effect of Wenyang tongluo comprehensive therapy on the Sequelae of pid with cold dampness and stasis.Result:1.Baseline comparison: there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age distribution, course of disease, degree of disease, and TCM syndrome score, physical sign score,VAS score, and relevant observation indexes before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: the overall efficacy(96.7%)of the two groups was better than that of the control group(83.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within three months after treatment, the recurrence rate was 6.7% in the treatment group and 26.7% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.Clinical efficacy results: After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, main symptom score and secondary symptom score of the two groups were all lower than before, and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of lower abdomen pain, excessive amount of bandage, wrong menstrual period, cold shape-cold limbs, loose stools, etc. And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of patients in both groups decreased compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Difference before and after treatment in both groups, the treatment group is better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)4.Auxiliary examination results: After treatment,WBC,N,low level of blood viscosity shear rates, plasmic viscosity, plasma viscosity,HCT,ESR,and CRP values of the two groups are all lower than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between groups, the other six laboratory indexes of the treatment group were all better than the control group, except for high level of blood viscosity shear rates and HCT.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of b-ultrasound examination between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang tongluo comprehensive therapy has a good clinical effect in treating Sequelae of pid with cold dampness and stasis, and has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms, chronic pelvic pain and relevant observation indexes etc.And the recurrence rate is low. There is no obvious adverse reaction and side effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
