Analysis On The Characteristics Of Wuyun And Liuqi At Birth Time In Type 2 Diabetes Patients With Qi Deficiency Constitution

Objective: By collecting data on patients with type 2 diabetes with qi deficiency and constitution,analyzing the characteristics of Wuyun and Liuqi at birth,and exploring their internal relationship with diabetes,it provides a basis for clinical use of luck theory to prevent and treat type 2 diabetes.Methods: This study belongs to a case-control investigation study.A total of 189 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency constitution who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected as the research group.Basic data of 165 patients with non-type 2 diabetes.According to the calculation method of Yunqi,the situation of the Dayun,Zhunyun,Keyun,Zhuqi,Keqi,Sitian-Zaiquan,and Kezhujialin andYunqixianghe.Using statistical methods to process and analyze the data,the distribution rules of birth time luck of type 2 diabetes patients with Qi deficiency constitution were obtained.Results: 1.There is no significant difference in the distribution of birth seasons between the two groups of people(P> 0.05);the age of patients with qi deficiency constitution diabetic group is significantly higher than that of qi deficiency constitution non-diabetes group(P<0.05).Differences in the distribution of less water,less wood,less fire,too soil,and too wood in the distribution of Dayun in the two groups were statistically significant,and in the group of Qi-deficiency constitution diabetes,the proportion of birth in Dayun was less wood,less water,and less fire It was significantly lower than the Qi-deficiency constitution non-diabetic group,and the proportion of Taiyun and Taitu born in Dayun was significantly higher than the Qi-deficiency constitution non-diabetic group.The difference in the distribution of Shaojin and Shaomu between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the proportion of qi deficiency constitution diabetic group,the birth of the main luck is less gold,less wood,less fire is significantly lower than the Qi deficiency constitution non-diabetes group.The distribution of Yangmingzaojin in the main gas distribution of the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).And the proportion of qideficiency constitution diabetic group,the birth qi is Yangming dry gold is significantly lower than the Qi deficiency constitution non-diabetes group.The distribution of Sitian-Jiuyin Fengmu-Shaoyang Xianghuo and Shaoyin Junhuo and Yangming Zhuangjin in the distribution of the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Moreover,in the Qi-deficiency constitution diabetes group,the proportion of born Sitian-Jiuyin Fengmu in Shaoquan-Shaoyang phase fire was significantly lower than that of Qi-deficiency constitution diabetic group,and the birth of Sitian-Shaoxin Junhuo-Yangmingzaojin in Quanquan The proportion is significantly higher than the non-diabetic group of Qi deficiency constitution.The difference in the distribution of the same gas in the distribution of factors between guest and guest in the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).In addition,in the Qi-deficiency constitution and diabetes group,the proportion of the six-qi guest plus adventitious result at birth was significantly higher than the Qi-deficiency constitution and non-diabetes group,and the results were statistically significant(P <0.05).The differences in the distribution of Hue,Tianfu and Taiyi Tianfu in the distribution of luck between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Moreover,in the Qi-deficiency constitution diabetes group,the proportion of birth luck combination was Shunhua and Tongsuihui was significantly lower than that of Qi-deficiency constitution non-diabetes group,and the ratio of birth-defense constitution was Taiyi Tianfu was significantly higher than that of Qi deficiency constitution non-diabetes group.Regression correlation analysis found that Dayun,Sitian-Zaiquan,Zhuyun and Qi-deficiency constitution groups had significant correlations with type 2 diabetes.Conclusions:1.Age and gender are factors that affect whether type 2 diabetes occurs in people with qi deficiency constitution.2.Distribution of Fiveyun and Sixqi for type 2 diabetes in people with qi deficiency physique:(1)Distribution of Yunqi in people with qi deficiency physique who have high risk of type 2 diabetes: Dayun is Taimu and Taitu;Sitian-Zaiquan is Shao Yin Jun Huo Si Tian,Yang Ming Zao Jin Zai Quan;the six-qi guest plus Lin result is the Tong qi;the luck combination results are Taiyi Tianfu.(2)The distribution of Yunqi in people withqi-deficiency physique has a lower risk of type 2 diabetes: Dayun is Shao water,Shao wood and Shao fire;main luck is Shao jin and Shao mu;Si Tian-Jingyin Fengmu-Shaoyang phase fire was distributed in the spring;the result of the luck phase combination are Tongsuihuo and Shunhua.3.Dayun has the greatest impact on type 2 diabetes in people with qi deficiency constitution,followed by Sitian-Zaiquan,with the least Zhuqi.
