Purpose:The research of the prevalence of epidemic diseases in four areas of Jilin province dependent on the theory of Wuyun and Liuqi theory.Using the meteorological data of 4 areas including Qianguoerluosi?Siping?Yanji and Linjiang in the years from 2005 to 2014 as the basic information,research the relativity between changes of Meteorological factors and the epidemic of plague in the theory of Wuyun and Liuqi theory?Explore the ideas and modern research methods of theory of Wuyun and Liuqi theory to prevent the Plague disease in the four areas.Analysis the relativity between the incidence of plague disease and the the corresponding period meteorological factors each month respectively: using the the statistical methods of software SPSS22.0;(1)the relativity between incidence of plague disease and average lowest temperature,average highest temperature,maximum wind speed,extreme wind speed,extreme lowest pressure,extreme minimum temperature,extreme lowest pressure,extreme minimum temperature,average pressure,average wind speed,average temperature,average relative humidity and so on;(2)according to the identify of International Meteorological Vocabulary,WMO-No.182,screen the abnormal value of the meteorological factors.Then calculate the abnormal integral choosing out the abnormal incidence data.Method:1.Develop the database of the meteorological factors and the number of eight plagues' cases per month of4 areas during the years from 2005 to 2014.Including:(1)average lowest temperature,average highest temperature,maximum wind speed,extreme wind speed,extreme lowest pressure,extreme minimum temperature,extreme lowest pressure,extreme minimum temperature,average pressure,average wind speed,average temperature,average relative humidity and so on.(2)the number of eight plagues' cases per month in the four areas including measles,malaria,tuberculosis,mumps,chicken pox,hand,foot and mouth disease,scarlet fever and rubella.Statistical four regional meteorological elements,the correlation analysis of the results of meteorological anomalies and incidence of abnormal at the same time,analysis of abnormal factors.Result:(1)1.In different regions of the same kind of disease,the impact of the relevant meteorological factors are not the same.(2).There is an important role in the age(??)of the different weather factors.(3)When the climate is abnormal,it will affect the epidemic disease caused by the close relationship betweenthe weather and the climate.Conclusion:(1)Celestial correspondence invonvergent year climate changes dramatically,the incidence of serious.(2)Abnormal high temperature often associated with Qianguo Area of the dysentery &hand-foot-and-mouth disease,Siping area of pulmonary tuberculosis & hand-foot-and-mouth disease,Linjiang region of the incidence of dysentery in abnormal rate,so the fire curcirt too and fire wood curcirt transport late years should be noted above plague like disease prevention work.(3)The change of air pressure is related to the dry Jin curcirt,which is stonger and the pressure is lower.The incidence rate of measles and hand foot mouth disease is often accompanied by the emergence of the Qian Guo area.So in the dry Jin curcirt too year,we should pay attention to the prevention of measles and hand foot mouth disease in the former Guo area.The jinqi is weeker and the pressure is lower,often accompanied by the abnormal incidence of dysentery in Yanji,so in the golden time of the year,should pay attention to the prevention of dysentery in Yanji area.(4)The inccident rate of measles and tuberculosis in siping area,varicella and dysentery in yanji area,rubellas in Linjiang area correlated with wind speed.When there is a high wind speed anomaly,we should pay attention to prevention of the outbreak of those disease.
