Study On Patients With Yin Deficiency Constitution Of Type 2 Diabetes

Objectives Through the analysis of type 2 diabetes patients with Yin deficiency constitution and the Yin deficiency constitution in general situation,laboratory examination,complication,tongue,pulse condition,type of syndrome and the symptoms of differences,a deeper understanding of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with Yin deficiency constitution in the above aspects of the physical characteristics.Help from objectively understand the feature of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with Yin deficiency constitution,guidance for type 2 diabetes patients with Yin deficiency constitution of clinical medication and adjusting Yin deficiency constitution bias from the Angle of constitution.Methods A total of 120 cases of type 2 diabetes patients admitted to baoding no.1 middle school hospital on 31 December 2017 were collected.For patients with questionnaire survey and case collection,according to the results are divided into Yin deficiency constitution group and Yin deficiency constitution,and the general situation,laboratory examination,complication in both groups,TCM syndrome types,tongue veins and gathering of TCM symptoms,and so on and so forth.Results The body mass index of type 2 diabetes Yin deficiency group was lower than that of non-yin deficiency group,and the abnormal rate of thrombin and electrocardiogram in Yin deficiency group was higher than that of non-yin deficiency group.The occurrence frequency of Yin deficiency syndrome,dampness and heat syndrome,glossal purplish dark,chord vein and number vein in Yin deficiency group was higher than that in non-yin deficiency group.The prevalence of peripheral vascular disease and hyperlipidemia in the Yin deficiency group was higher than that in the non-yin deficiency group.In terms of diabetes of TCM symptoms,thirsty like drinking,night to urinate,constipation,defecate more viscous,heart palpitations,sweat,hands and feet hot,head body trapped frequency of symptoms of Yin deficiency constitution group is higher than the Yin deficiency constitution.Conclusions Yin deficiency is important TCM pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes,at the same time in type 2 diabetes of TCM constitution,Yin deficiency is also a kind of main body type,so after the Yin deficiency constitution of type 2 diabetes syndrome,symptoms such as performance will have certain influence.Results in this paper main clinical features in patients with type 2 diabetes of Yin deficiency constitution: Yin deficiency group,damp and hot have better evidence type of Yin deficiency constitution,and also with qi deficiency,heat,blood stasis etc.Various TCM syndrome types,syndrome and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine is more complex.In addition,there are also results of low body mass BMI of Yin deficiency,prolonged prothrombin time and high ecg abnormality rate.To conclude that Yin deficiency constitution types in patients with type 2 diabetes patients with diabetes after TCM pathogenesis and easy to clip card type is more,the actual condition,the mixed type and complicated disease affected each other.This conclusion by objective data as a result,the deepened in diabetes patients with Yin deficiency constitution characteristics and type of syndrome,symptom and pathogenesis of TCM,as well as from the Angle of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine provides objective basis for prevention and control of diabetes.
