Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Wellpoint Bloodletting Combined With Iperastat Tablets

Objective: To observe the difference of curative effect of well bleeding combined with epastat tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and explore the clinical efficacy of well bleeding in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),For the clinical treatment of DPN to provide effective and low side effects of the treatment program.Methods: From November 2018 to November 2019,80 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with well bleeding and epazostat tablets(oral)for the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,while the control group of 40 patients was treated with epazostat tablets(oral)only for the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Were observed before and after treatment in patients with nerve electrophysiological examination,Clinical Scoring systems in Toronto(Toronto Clinical Scoring System,TCSS)Fasting Glucose,Fasting Blood Glucose,FPG),2 h Postprandial Blood Glucose(2 Hour Postprandial Blood Glucose,2HPBG)such as the change of the index,statistical analysis,the final evaluation of the effectiveness of the diagnosis and treatment plan.Results:1.General data comparison results: age,gender,diabetes course,DPN course and other data of the two groups were sorted out,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.There was no significant change in the values of FPG and 2h PG before and after treatment in the two groups,and no significant difference in the values of FPG and 2h PG before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).3.Neural electrophysiological examination results: before and after treatment,compared two groups can improve patients with Sensory Nerve Conduction Velocity(chipmaker Sensory Nerve Conduction Velocity,SCV),And the comparison between groups after treatment was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).The results showed that both of them could improve sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),The curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.05).4.Results of the Toronto clinical scoring system: the TCSS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,statistical significance(P(27)0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.05).5.The total effective rate of the two groups of patients showed that 91.8% of the treatment group was significantly higher than 73% of the control group,statistical significance(P(27)0.05).Conclusion:Through the study found that the well point bloodletting joint according to palmer company he can obviously improve clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy,ease local discomfort,no obvious adverse reactions,and the well point bloodletting joint e.palmer company he slice than simple oral e.palmer company he slice in the treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy has certain advantages.
