Diversified Settlement Mechanism For Medical Disputes

With the rapid development of urbanization as well as the reform on the medical health system,the Chinese medical treatment level has been improved greatly in recent years.However,the number of medical disputes has grown constantly,becoming the focus of all walks of life.The tense relationship between doctors and patients as well as the frequent occurrence of "medical disturbance" has affected the normal operation of medical institutions seriously.There are also many problems existing in the current medical health system.It is urgent to optimize and improve the resolution mechanism of medical disputes.Medical disputes fail to be solved only by the government and hospitals.The exploration and innovation on the resolution mechanism play an important role in the settlement of increasingly fierce medical disputes.Due to the comprehensive effect of various factors,the tense doctor-patient relationship fails to be improved and the embarrassment problem becomes serious increasingly in China.In addition,many difficult and complex medical disputes fail to be settled fundamentally and the need of the social diversified development fails to be really met by the existing relevant mechanism.The paper is aimed to alleviate the contradictions between doctors and patients better and more effectively so as to reduce the number of medical disputes.Lishui City of Zhejiang Province is taken as the research object to understand the current Chinese medical dispute resolution mechanism.Different levels of medical institutions are selected to conduct the questionnaire survey on doctors and patients.It is aimed to analyze the problems and disadvantages existing in the resolution mechanism.According to the relevant domestic and foreign case experience,a highly operable diversified solution mechanism in accordance with the underdeveloped areas is put forward.It is aimed to reduce the contradictions between doctors and patients,build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and promote the continuous development of the medical level.
