In order to promote the construction of "healthy China 2030" and meet the rapid growth of health needs of Chinese residents,on July 12,2017,the national health and Family Planning Commission issued the notice on Strengthening Drug Administration and changing the pharmaceutical service mode,which indicates that the direction of China's medical and health system reform is changing from "focusing on drug reform" to "serving the people and serving the people".The notice is helpful to reconstruct the service mode of pharmacists,and has important guiding significance in strengthening the pharmaceutical management of medical institutions,promoting the development of pharmaceutical disciplines,standardizing the clinical rational drug use behavior,and improving the pharmaceutical service ability.On the reconstruction of pharmacist service mode and strengthening the construction of pharmacist team,the basic guarantee of the construction is to improve the comprehensive quality of pharmaceutical service personnel,and various medical institutions are also constantly exploring and practicing.In fact,pharmaceutical care is facing internal and external challenges in the development process.Influenced by the medical reform of separation of medicine and zero addition of medicine,hospitals generally believe that the development of pharmaceutical service is affected by the transformation of pharmaceutical department from profit department to cost department,and by the limitation of the number of pharmacists and their own comprehensive quality.Therefore,it is urgent to change the external cognition of pharmaceutical care and improve the comprehensive quality of pharmaceutical care personnel.This paper takes N company as the research object,based on the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical service literature,combined with the training related theories,and through in-depth interviews and questionnaires,fully studies the training status of pharmaceutical service personnel in four hospitals in Jiangxi Province.It is concluded that there are some problems in the current training management system,such as insufficient attention of hospital managers to pharmaceutical care personnel training,imperfect training plan,lack of in-depth training needs analysis,too single training mode and lack of training effect evaluation.Combined with the development strategy and corporate vision of N company,the problems in the above training management system are analyzed,and the specific optimization scheme is proposed by referring to the training experience and advanced training management concept of domesticexcellent hospital pharmaceutical service personnel.It includes improving the hospital management's understanding of training,optimizing training needs,making scientific and reasonable training plans,and strengthening the management of training effect evaluation.In view of the above optimization strategies,it is also necessary to establish corresponding safeguard measures to help the smooth and effective implementation of training,including the guarantee of organizational management system,focusing on communication and coordination in the implementation of training and creating a working environment conducive to the transformation of training results.The conclusion of this paper is that N company can help the hospital to train the pharmaceutical service personnel,help the medical institutions to achieve the training objectives,so as to effectively promote the rapid improvement of the pharmaceutical service level in our province,become a strategic partner of the medical institutions,and also help the enterprises to win a good reputation in the medical institutions in our province,and establish a good brand image of the enterprises.
