In the book "Metaphors of Disease",Susan Sontag proposed that AIDS,as an infectious disease,is no longer a common physical illness, but also has special social metaphors. From a medical point of view,AIDS is the virus "invading" the body;as a way of spreading the disease,AIDS is the "pollution" that permanently puts infected people in a vulnerable and vulnerable place. The metaphor of the disease brings the stigma to the sick Into.In the 30 years since AIDS entered China,it has been exactly the same as "COVID-19 equals Hubei" recently, from the distant "immigrant disease",to the "mark" of migrant workers,to "AIDS equals homosexuality" in recent years. The difference is that for AIDS,the public gives more moral criticism. At present,China's efforts to resolve psychological problems, restore social relations, and enhance social functions in HIV/AIDS patients are still weak.Through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with HIV/AIDS patients in Nanchang,it is found that HIV/AIDS patients generally have irrational belief, they often carry negative prejudice and negative emotions, and are worried about identity exposure, low self-acceptance,society Selfclosure of relationships, etc. These problems seriously interfere with the daily life of HIV/AIDS patients, and at the same time reduce their intention to receive drug treatment, while their legitimate rights and interests are not guaranteed,it is more likely to trigger their revenge on society the behavior of.Rational belief helps patients to correctly recognize and accept AIDS,but also helps to improve the quality of life and health of patients.Social work focuses on rescue, poverty alleviation and development.By transforming the irrational belief of HIV/AIDS patients to AIDS,patients can accept themselves, receive antiviral treatment correctly, and treat stigma of AIDS with rational belief.Using professional methods of social work, through shaping the case's rational belief, and the symbolic interaction between the members of the self-help group, can help patients recover physical and mental health and social adaptation. This article aims to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of social work intervention in AIDS patients at their own level. It is also an attempt of social work in the field of AIDS medical services, which can provide a reference for future medical social work in AIDS groups.
