Objective:Explore various factors related to urinary sepsis after percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Method:Using a controlled study method,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of all patients receiving PCNL treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to December2019,and divided all the collected case data into sepsis and non-pus Toxemia.Select the gender, age, history of diabetes, urine leukocytes, urine culture, urine nitrite, blood creatinine value, staghorn stones, stone diameter, operation time and other factors in the data for analysis, and perform chi-square test on the categorical variable data. The statistically significant(P<0.05)research factors were analyzed using Logistic multivariate regression analysis.P value <0.05 indicates that this factor has an effect on postoperative urinary sepsis Result:A total of 520 PCNL patients were included, including 14 cases in the postoperative urinary sepsis group, the incidence rate was 2.7%;univariate analysis:urine leukocytes(P<0.01),urine culture(P<0.01),urine sub The risk factor indicators of nitrate(P=0.019),staghorn stones(P=0.048),operation time(P<0.01)were statistically significant;multivariate analysis: factors with P value <0.05 were included in multivariate logistic regression analysis,And finally showed that the values of urine leukocytes(3+,2+),urine culture(drug resistant bacteria),staghorn stones, operation time(?90min)are less than 0.05,that is,urogenital sepsis after PCNL Related to the onset of anemia.Conclusion:Urine-induced sepsis is the most serious complication after percutaneous nephrolithotomy, although its incidence is low,but its mortality is high,so it is necessary to fully understand the risk factors related to its occurrence.Through thisstudy,it can be concluded that urinary leukocytes(3+,2+),urine culture(resistant bacteria),staghorn stones, operation time ? 90 min are the risk factors for urinary sepsis after PCNL.Patients with urinary leukocytes above 2+ and drug-resistant bacteria in urine culture have a greater influence on sepsis after PCNL.Therefore,PCNL patients with these risk factors should be closely monitored and treated in time to prevent sepsis.
