Objective:To analyze the risk factors of hemorrhage after percutaneous nephrolithotomy Methods:A retrospective study of clinical data of 232 patients with upper urinary calculi treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)from March 2017 to June 2019 in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University was performed.Including general clinical data(age, gender,BMI,hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, renal insufficiency, urinary tract infection, the degree of hydronephrosis),stone status(stone locations, stone score, antler type stone),operation related data(number of channels, operation time, method of smashing stone).Single factor analysis was carried out to screen out the statistically significant factors between the hemorrhage group and the unhemorrhage group, and then multiple factor Logistic regression analysis was carried out to explore the independent risk factors about PCNL-related hemorrhage Results:Among 232 patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL),24 of them suffered PCNL-related hemorrhage, and the total bleeding rate was 10.3%.Among them,143(61.6%)were male, and 89(38.4%)were female.Statistical analysis showed that the history of diabetes(P =0.038,or=3.039),renal insufficiency(P = 0.044,or = 3.289),antler type stone(P<0.001,or=7.478),and the number of channels(P < 0.001,or=5.836)were independent risk factors of PCNL related bleeding. Conclusions:Diabetes, renal insufficiency, antler type stone and multichannel were the independent risk factors of PCNL-related hemorrhage.
