Comparison Of The Efficacy Of Two Kinds Of Channel Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy In Children With Upper Urinary Calculi

Objective:To compare the efficacy of two kinds of channels for percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi in children(age<14 years old).Methods:Between May 2012 and May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed in xinjiang uygur autonomous region people's hospital treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy of the clinical data of 133 cases of children patients with urinary stones,according to the channel size is divided into SMP group and MPCL group.There were 66 cases(49.6%)in the SMP group and 67 cases(50.4%)in the MPCL group.Compared with two groups of age,weight,height,operation time,postoperative 1 month stone free rate,incidence of postoperative complications,no tube rates,postoperative hospitalization days and other differences.Results:The operation time of SMP group was 4-60 min,and the median operation time was 25 min.The stone free rate was 97%(64/66)one month after surgery.Tubless rate:100%,completely tubless rate:80%(53/66);Postoperative hospital stay ranged from 1 to 5 days(median:2 days).Postoperative complications(5),are all Clavien I level.The operation time of MPCL group was 15-90 min,and the median operation time was 25 min.The stone free rate was 94%(63/67)one month after surgery.Renal fistulas and double J tubes were indwrenched in MPCL group.The length of postoperative hospitalization was 4-11 days(median:6 days).17 cases of postoperative complications,are all Clavien I level.There were statistically significant differences in calculus size,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age,gender,weight,height,operation time and stone free rate one month after surgery(P>.05).Conclusions:Compared with Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy,Super Mini-PCNL has a faster rate of lithotomy,fewer complications,shorter postoperative hospital stay and faster recovery.In addition,if there is no tube after surgery,it can reduce postoperative pain and double J tube extraction under secondary anesthesia.
