Objective:1.By reviewing the clinical cases of pregnant syphilis patients,to explore the epidemiological characteristics and neonatal outcomes of pregnant syphilis in Yihuang County from 2015 to 2018.2.Analyze the clinical data of pregnant women with syphilis in Yihuang County to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for screening pregnant syphilis and blocking mother-to-child transmission.Methods:A retrospective analysis method was used to conduct an epidemiological analysis of 54 pregnant women with syphilis in Yihuang County from 2015 to 2018.Results:1.This study included a total of 27,000 pregnant women who had undergone prenatal examination in Yihuang County from January 2015 to December 2018.Among them,54 patients were both positive for serological test for syphilis(Colloidal gold)and TRUST test.The incidence rate was 2.0 ‰.2.The occurrence of pregnant syphilis is related to the factors such as age,education level,economic source,occupation,history of gestation,etc.3.The stage of syphilis infection,standardized treatment rate,maternal serum titers,and treatment status are associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes.Discussion:Understanding the epidemiological characteristics of pregnant syphilis is conducive to controlling pregnant syphilis and congenital syphilis.At the same time,the necessary prenatal examination and standardized treatment can actively and effectively reduce the incidence of pregnant syphilis.
